The Association for the Study of Songun Politics UK,the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea Study ,the Korean Friendship Association of the UK and the British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification on the Korean Peninsula(BSCPRKP) today issued a statement supporting the press statement of comrade Jo Chol Su, director general of the Department of International Organizations of the Foreign Ministry of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) that was made on Sunday 19th of March ;
At an illegal meeting of the UN Security Council Ms Greenfield-Thomas the US representative vilely slandered People's Korea over the non-existent 'human rights ' issue .
ComradeJo Chol Su, director general of the Department of International Organizations of the Foreign Ministry of the DPRK in his statement poseses the question :" the U.S. is so worried about the "human rights situation" in the DPRK, it should explain why it is so obsessed with the implementation of the most unethical sanctions against the DPRK in the world.". Indeed the US keeps going about human rights in the DPRK but at the same time tries to deny the right of DPRK citizens to exist by continually imposing sanctions on the DPRK , making it the most sanctioned country on earth .
The calling of a meeting of the UN Security Council on the 'human rights ' issue was both nonsensical and hypocritical . Why didn't the UN Security Council investigate the United States for institutional racism and police violence ?
The US has clearly chosen war and anti-DPRK hostility over peace .
The US anti-DPRK moves and plots will only increase resentment among the Korean people and they will harden their will to settle accounts with the US imperialists .
We denounce all US inspired regime change moves against People's Korea
