Pyongyang, October 22 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a reply message to Thongloun Sisoulith, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and president of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, on October 20.
He in the message expressed deep thanks to the general secretary for having sent his warm congratulations and wishes on the occasion of the 77th founding anniversary of the WPK.
Saying that today the friendly and cooperative relations between the two parties and the two countries with a long history and excellent traditions are invariably developing in the joint struggle for accomplishing the socialist cause, he sincerely wished that the Lao party and people would register bigger success in the struggle for implementing the decisions of the 11th Party Congress under the leadership of the general secretary. -0-
