Dear Comrades!
When considering the new nuclear law, 'On The State Policy On The Nuclear Forces', as outlined in the last speech of Dear Marshal Kim Jong Un, and approved by the DPRK Supreme Assembly, it is important to note the compelling reasons why these regulations were introduced.
Undoubtedly, the decisive influence on this was the exacerbating international situation, especially the planned maneuvers of American puppets in south Korea, and the increasing level of imperialist aggression and attacks by its hostile DPRK propaganda. All these conditions affect the level of security and determine the international policy created by the DPRK.
It should be clearly stated and made clear, and it is also clearly stated in the new regulations, that the DPRK as a fully independent and sovereign country, has the full right to develop its nuclear program and any pointless and unjustified actions to prevent US imperialist forces will not change this fact, that the DPRK is and will be a nuclear power and the strongest counterweight to world imperialism.
This is the truth about the causes and should be spread because the world imperialist powers try to lie to the DPRK in the lie that the aim of the new nuclear regulations was a nuclear attack on other countries without any basis or cause.
The new regulations ensure greater security for the country of Juche and even better organize the defense forces to counter an attack on the country.
Regarding the 77th anniversary of the Workers Party of Korea, we should congratulate and wish WPK continued success in the great way of building Korean socialism, the Korean Juche and people- oriented socialism.
The WPK today is the most revolutionary communist party, most ideologically and practically active in the field of building socialism in operating in the country, in the conditions of building a developed socialist society.
The history and experiences of the WPK have no equal and are the rich achievements of the world communist movement, constitute a valuable contribution to the history of the advancement of the communist movement and are a model to follow for all progressive workers' parties and organizations, that continue to fight for national liberation under capitalist yoke exploitation and colonialism.
