The UK Korean Friendship Association today issued the following statement about the 20th anniversary of the foundation of the Korean Friendship Association ;
In a few days time , on the 13th of November , it will be the 20th anniversary of the foundation of the Korean Friendship Association(KFA) in Spain by comrade Alejandro Cao De Benos. Since its foundation KFA with its slogan ' Defend the D P R Korea ! , has grown from strength to strength . KFA has risen from modest beginnings to become a worldwide association of over 17,000 members in 120 countries of the globe including the UK .
KFA is the sword and shield of People's Korea with no ifs or buts . With KFA there is no compromise with those that slander People's Korea , the land of Juche . KFA is the shock brigade of solidarity with People's Korea defending the DPRK online , in the media and even in the streets. KFA has facilitated cultural exchange with the DPRK and brought many people to the DPRK.
The enemies of People's Korea do not want the voice of solidarity , the voice of true internationalism to be heard .There have been numerous attempts to shut down KFA and silence it . These have included the slander and defamation of the association and its President comrade Alejandro Cao De Benos . There has been victimisation of KFA Officials at their workplace and McCarthyism against KFA activists . Spies , infiltrators , wreckers and saboteurs have all tried to undermine and destroy KFA but have failed . KFA will not be silenced !
UK KFA is proud to be part of KFA , part of the global KFA family . We have hosted 2 international meetings of KFA in London and have participated in 7 international meetings of the KFA . We have done our bit with meetings and pickets .
We salute KFA President Alejandro Cao De Benos on the 20th anniversary of the foundation of KFA and send greetings to all KFA national branches and members throughout the world !
