WPK, led by great men generation after generation   The Workers’ Party of Korea, led by peerless great men century after century, marks its 75th founding anniversary.  Thanks to foundation of the WPK by President Kim Il Sung on October 10, 1945, a guiding banner for shaping the destiny of the Korean nation and ensuring the lasting prosperity of all generations have been provided and a new type of revolutionary party guided by the immortal Juche idea was born. The 75 year-long history of the WPK led by the great leaders has written a special page in the annals of the WPK. Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un, who has added brilliance to achievements of party building made by President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il for ages, strengthens the WPK as a powerful weapon for accomplishing the revolutionary cause of Juche and headquarters for leading a showdown with imperialism and building of a thriving socialist country to victory with his tireless guidance.    The Supreme Leader with his unshakable faith and will has wisely led the WPK to maintain the banner of Juche in any adversity. The WPK has come under global spotlight as it steers the human cause of independence with its strict independent stand.   He has developed the WPK as the only motherly party that can be seen nowhere in the world.
