ASSPUK, BGSJI , UK KFA and BSCPRKP support statement of Director of United Front Department of WPK Central Committee

 The Association for the Study of Songun Politics UK(ASSPUK), the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea (BGSJI) , UK Korean Friendship Association (UK KFA ) and the British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification on the Korean Peninsula(BSCPRKP)issued the following joint statement in support of the statement of  Jang Kum Chol, director of the United Front Department of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK):
   With the situation on the Korean peninsula worsening due to the provocations of the south Korean authorities , the director of the United Front department  comrade Jang Kum Chol made a statement which calls out the two-faced and perfidious attitude of the south Korean authorities . It is due to their attitude that the situation on the Korean peninsula has become tense . It is almost as if the inter-Korean summits of 2018 never happened.
   The south Korean authorities are playing a double game pretending to take measures against the leaflet scattering by anti-DPRK , anti-socialist traitors in frontline areas . However it is far too late, it is like 'closing the stable door when the horse has bolted '  . If the south Korean authorities really cared about peace and reunification , about adhering to inter-Korean agreements that they had signed they could have easily prevented the leaflet scattering operation because after all south Korea is a police state with repressive laws .It is a fact that the 'defectors' organisations are controlled and funded by the south Korean authorities .They must think people were born yesterday or something .
 South Korea is to blame for the rapidly deteriorating situation . We urge that the planned leaflet launch for the 15th of June and 25th of June is stopped . We believe that the DPRK is fully entitled to take measures against the south Korean authorities and is absolutely correct to do so .
