History of Kim Jong Un's Songun Leadership Associated with Comradeship

Pyongyang, December 28 (KCNA) -- The history of Songun (military-first) leadership by
Kim Jong Un, supreme commander of the Korean People's Army (KPA), is associated with his noble outlook on comrades-in-arms.
Calling all the servicepersons his comrades-in-arms, he does not hesitate to risk his life to meet them, and such warm love resulted in a harmonious whole between the Supreme Commander and the soldiers.
On January 1, Juche 101 (2012), Kim Jong Un inspected the Seoul Ryu Kyong Su Guards 105th Tank Division of the KPA. During his visit he had a photo session with its servicepersons, arms in arms and shoulder to shoulder, which deeply touched all the people.
What he regards as the most powerful and precious is not the military equipment but the servicepersons.
So, when visiting the defence detachment on Jangjae Islet and Hero Defence Detachment on Mu Islet, he was greatly pleased to hear that the soldiers of the detachments are delighted at their new barracks with good living conditions, built better than their homes.
And inspecting the Wolnae Islet Defence Detachment, he earnestly asked its commander and political instructor to take good care of the soldiers like their real brothers and turn the detachment into a home dear to them.
He has disregarded weather conditions to go to any place where soldiers are deployed in the country, showing deep care for their training and living and urging the commanding officers to always care for their soldiers' living conditions.
His loving care turned the whole army into a community in which all the servicepersons share the same destiny with their Supreme Commander.
With the approach of the second anniversary of Kim Jong Un's assumption of KPA supreme commandership, the DPRK people are convinced that the KPA will further display its might as the strong revolutionary Paektusan army under his guidance.
