  The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the construction site of the Sinuiju Combined Greenhouse Farm on January 2 to congratulate and encourage the young builders who greeted the new year.

  That day he made a meaningful congratulatory speech.

  He said the young builders turned out for this grand construction project, to which the Workers' Party of Korea and the state attach importance, and completely transformed this island, which was afflicted by a disaster, into an ideal country town in the new era within 500-odd days, and continued:

  In these days you have chosen it to be worthwhile in your youth to experience hardship and training instead of enjoyment and comfort, and have cultivated a passionate spirit and strong will to learn how to overcome difficulties, how to make innovations and how to love your country. The days constitute the most valuable wealth in your life that cannot be bartered for a mountain of gold.

  Witnessing the soaring spirit of our young people and seeing every creation associated with the passion and sincerity of our young generation, our people are picturing in their mind their motherland that will prosper forever; and seeing your vigorous growth, they are assured that our style of socialism is being succeeded. There is no such young generation as the Korean youth in the world. This is a source of great happiness and satisfaction for our Party responsible for the future of the country.

  After concluding his speech, Kim Jong Un looked round the area of the Sinuiju Combined Greenhouse Farm nearing its inauguration and highly appreciated the patriotic zeal and devoted efforts of young builders  who have written a new legendary tale of gigantic transformation, sharing the breath and keeping pace with the Party.

  As said above, Kim Jong Un calls young people to the vanguard of the struggle for the rosy future of the country, highly praises their feats and leads them to glorify their honourable appellation of socialist patriotic youth.

  That's why the Korean young people live with the unanimous desire to work harder for the country in their youth.

  Elated by the love and trust of Kim Jong Un who entrusted them with the project of the large-scale greenhouse farm and visited its construction site for the first time in the new year, showing paternal affection to them, the Korean young people are glorifying their youth as creators of miracles and forerunners in performing great feats in the places wanted by the Party.
