The Association for the Study of Songun Politics UK(ASSPUK), the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE) ,the UK Korean Friendship Association(UK KFA) and the British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification on the Korean Peninsula (BSCPRKP issued a joint statement hailing the 3rd Plenary Meeting of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea which took place on the 20th of April;
The Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea has held its 3rd Plenary Meeting under the guidance of respected Marshal KIM JONG UN .As widely reported it was decided to discontinue n-tests and ICBM tests.This is a momentous step for peace on the Korean peninsula and in the world which should be applauded .Our organisations call upon the US and other big nuclear powers to match the DPRK's move by ending their nuclear tests and missile tests .
The end of nuclear and ICBM tests is not a 'climbdown ' or the result of sanctions, as alleged by the imperialist mainstream media .As a matter it as a victory of the line of building the nuclear force and economy in parallel . The DPRK has now completed its state nuclear force and does not need to conduct any further tests. The sanctions have really failed because they did not prevent the DPRK from becoming a nuclear state ! . e hail the great victory of the DPRK in building up its state nuclear force !
The DPRK is not unilaterally giving up its nuclear deterrent , which is the dream of the US imperialists but regards it as "a powerful treasured sword for defending peace was successfully concluded and the firm guarantee by which our descendants can enjoy the most dignified and happiest life in the world was provided ".The DPRK's nuclear deterrent will make a meaningful contribution to peace and security in Asia and the world.
The DPRK is now going to press head with socialist economic construction under the banner of self-reliance and self-development and devote all efforts to this goal .This line will improve people's living standards and make Juche based ,Korean socialism even better and more prosperous than before . The goal is in the words of respected Marshal KIM JONG UN to " put the national economy on a Juche, modern, IT and scientific basis and provide all the people with affluent and highly civilized life so that they can live as well as others."
Respected Marshal KIM JONG UN stressed that "that the core and main principle of the new revolutionary line of the Party is self-reliance",which basically a rebuff to "reform " and "opening up " as well as to those forces who want to make the DPRK an dependency of imperialism !
Reading the report of the 3rd Plenary Meeting of the 7th Central Committee of the Worker's Party of Korea inspires us with confidence that the Korean revolution has a bright future under the leadership of respected Chairman KIM JONG UN .Under the banner of self-development first , the Korean people will carry out socialist economic construction and under the leadership of dear respected Marshal KIM JONG UN will build a self-reliant , socialist people's paradise which will be the envy of the world people !
