The Government of Peru announced last September 11th that
they decide to declare the DPRK ambassador, Kim Hak-Chol, "unwelcomed
person". Because that, Peruvian government asked the ambassador to leave
Peruvian territory in five days.
Via statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru has
said that the measure was adopted having on mind that DPRK violates repeteadly
and openly the resolutions of the UN Security Council "ignoring the
constant calls of international community" seeking for the irreversible
and verifiable end of her nuclear
program.
Since 1970, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea has
mantained a Commerce Office in Lima and has also having high-level diplomatic
relationships with the opening of the embassy in Peru since December 15th,
1988.
Like is common now, again, History repeats like in Mexico
last Thursday, firing Mr. ambassador of DPRK Kim Hyong Gil, by direct orders
from the US Government, the same happens in our country (Peru) with Mr. Kim
Hak-Chol, and in the future the same will happen in Brazil.
