BGSJI and KFA UK support statement "US. random exercise of strength will result in aggravated security crisis":

The British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea (BGSJI) and the Korean Friendship Association of the UK ( KFA UK) issued the following joint statement in support of the press statement of Department of Press and Information of the DPRK Foreign Ministry that was titled  "U.S. random exercise of strength will result in aggravated security crisis" that was issued on the 9th of March;

From today the aggressive and provocative war exercise "Freedom Shield 2025 " has begun .Not only are US imperialist and ROK puppets taking part in the exercise but also forces of the so-called  "UN Command " in Korea which include to our shame Britain but also Australia , Belgium ,Canada , Colombia ,France , Greece ,Italy , New Zealand , Philippines and Thailand . A total of 13 countries in all. 

The statement of Department of Press and Information of the DPRK Foreign Ministry says that "The roaring sound of war machinery, full of hostility and mistrust, is being heard from the area over the southern border of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea."

The current "Freedom Shield 2025 " war exercise includes drills for pre-emptive strikes on DPRK nuclear facilities and the invasion of the DPRK .

The Department of Press and Information of the DPRK Foreign Ministry reveals the true intentions of the US pointing out that "Lurking behind the above-said war exercises, traditionally staged by the U.S. and the ROK, is the persistent and unchangeable aggression ambition of the U.S., which seeks to propagate the American-style view on value and the Yankee-style liberal democracy into the inviolable territory of a sovereign state and finally to overthrow the DPRK government and its social system, just seen through the operational name "Freedom Shield", and of the ROK following the U.S."

This analysis is absolutely spot on . The real aim of the Freedom Shield War exercise is to rehearse an an invasion of the DPRK and overthrow the socialist system of the DPRK ,turning the DPRK into a colony of US and world imperialism.

Moreover the exercises are larger in scale than before and the US is increasing the number of war drills by 9 per cent compared to last year.

Clearly the situation of tension on the Korean peninsula is being greatly aggravated by the US and ROK.

The DPRK will further increase its nuclear strength to counter these provocations of the US . We call for the cancellation of the exercises and support the resolve of People's Korea to defend its independence and socialist system!
