Formation of Preparatory Committee for Celebrating the 74th anniversary of the foundation of the DPRK

The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK (ASSPUK) , the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea, theKorean Friendship Association  of  the UK  KFA UK  )  ,and the British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification in Korea (BSCPRKP)  today formed a  Preparatory Committee for Celebrating the 74th anniversary of the foundation of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK ) with Dr Dermot Hudson Chairman of  the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and Chairman of KFA UK as its head ;

The foundation of the DPRK , 74 years ago on the 9th of September 1948 announced the birth of Juche Korea to the world , the birth a new independent people's country .  Since then the DPRK has defied all the challenges of the imperialists and travelled the road of socialism and independence . In the DPRK a most durable and invincible socialism has been been built under the leadership of of President  KIM IL SUNG  Chairman KIM JONG IL and Marshal KIM JONG UN.

Today the DPRK stands out a model country of socialism and an inspiration to the people of the world .Therefore the anniversary of the foundation of the DPRK should be celebrated as widely as possible . Moreover celebrating the 74th anniversary of the foundation of the DPRK is an act of meaningful solidarity with the DPRK .

Our committee will issue statements , hold online events and conduct other activities.
