    London  13th of November Juche 108 (2019)
The Association for the Study of Songun Politics UK  (ASSPUK), the Juche Idea Study Group of England (JISGE) , the UK Korean Friendship Association (UK KFA) and the British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification in Korea (BSCPRKP) issued a joint statement in support of the statement of the DPRK Foreign Ministry  Roving Ambassador Kim Myong Gil:
Comrade Kim Myong Gil the Roving Ambassador of the Foreign Ministry issued a statement concerning moves to revive DPRK-US talks being made by the US side. The US has said that talks could resume in December but has not spoken to the DPRK directly but has said this through a third party . This is dishonest trickery by the DPRK.
The statement of the DPRK Roving Ambassador makes it clear that the DPRK is open to having talks with the US at any time or place if the US comes forward  with genuine and substantial proposals instead of wasting time or worse still trying to trick their way out out of the end of year deadline for negotiations with the US to bear fruit.
Instead of coming forward with measures to reverse the anti-DPRK hostile policy the US put forward matters of secondary importance such as a meaningless 'end of war declaration' and a proposal to establish a US liaison office (which could become a base of US spying ) in the DPRK.
The DPRK is not prepared to entertain a pointless meeting with the US that cannot achieve anything.
We support the just stand of the DPRK to defend its independence and supreme interests .
