    London  19th of November Juche 108 (2019)
The Association for the Study of Songun Politics UK  (ASSPUK), the Juche Idea Study Group of England (JISGE) , the UK Korean Friendship Association (UK KFA) and the British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification in Korea (BSCPRKP) issued a joint statement in support of the correct stand of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea(DPRK) as manifested by the statements of
Kim Gye Gwan , adviser to the DPRK Foreign Ministry and  Kim Yong Chol, chairman of the Korea Asia-Pacific Peace Committee(KAPPC) made on the 18th of November;
  The US has been indulged in trickery to try and evade the end of year deadline stipulated by respected Marshal KIM JONG UN for the negotiations with the US to produce a fruitful and beneficial result . The US talked about adjusting an anti DPRK military exercise, However as comrade Kim Yong Chol of the KAPPC of the DPRK pointed out "The suspension of the drill does not mean ensuring peace and security on the Korean peninsula and is not helpful to the diplomatic efforts for the settlement of issues." because really the US could have ended the drill completely or stopped participating in it . Really the US is indulging in subterfuge with the aim of locking the DPRK into useless negotiations which are aimed at destablising and undermining the socialist system of the DPRK.
 Kim Kye Gwan adviser to the DPRK Foreign Ministry observed that the DPRK had held 3 rounds of summit talks with the US since June 2018 but no substantial or meaningful result has been achieved .
  As it made clear by the statement of Kim Yong Chol it is impossible for the DPRK to talk about denuclearisation before the US ends its hostile policy towards the DPRK . It is putting the cart before the horse basically to expect a discussion on denuclearisation to take place whilst the US is threatening the existence of the DPRK with its hostile policy.
 As such the DPRK has declared that there will no talks with the US unless it drops its hostile policy .
  We totally support and applaud that just stance of the DPRK , a stance which proves the DPRK is maintaining high vigilance against the cunning and deceitful tricks of US imperialism.
