Pyongyang, July 21 (KCNA) -- The election of deputies to provincial (municipal), city (district) and county people's assemblies started at all polling stations across the DPRK at 9:00 a.m. Sunday.
According to data available at the Central Election Guidance Committee as of 12:00, 72.07 percent of all the electors registered on voters' lists cast their ballots.
