DPRK does not need bailouts !

The reason why the DPRK does not need bailouts and does not have austerity is because it does not have imperialist banks, such as HSBC, Barclays , Lloyds, Citibank etc on its soil nor is it a member of the IMF or World Bank . However south Korea has at least 34 major foreign banks in Seoul alone !! south Korea actually has  $475 billion dollars of debt more higher than Greece!
