KCNA Commentary Brands U.S. as Worst Human Rights Abuser

Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- The true colors of the United States as the worst human rights abuser are being brought to bolder relief as the days go by.
According to a recent survey report issued by Stanford University and New York University in the U.S., the U.S. drone attack left more than 3 000 people killed and over 1 300 wounded in Pakistan. Terrorists killed in the attack accounted for just two percent of the death toll.
This is unpardonable state-sponsored terrorism and massacre of civilians, product of the extreme arrogance and barbarism of the U.S. whose job is to invade and interfere in other countries.
The U.S. has justified its drone attacks perpetrated under the signboard of "anti-terrorism", asserting they are not contrary to international law but high-precision surgical attacks.
However, international law does not have any provision allowing killing of civilians after trespassing on the border of any other country which is not a belligerent party.
The hypocrisy of such high-precision surgical attack has already been disclosed.
The U.S. has employed such human scum crazy for moneymaking for leading drone attacks to "precision ones." Its agents are forcing those informers to install infrared devices at civilian houses in return for money.
A Pakistani boy confessed in April 2009 that he was paid for placing an infrared device at a house which had nothing to do with terrorism.
All facts go to prove that the U.S.-led "war on terrorism" is nothing but operations which seriously abuse the human rights.
The U.S. "war on terrorism" by drones is the height of barbarity.
The U.S. army watching and controlling drones through video footages from the mainland first mounts a missile attack and then makes attacks on civilians when they scour dead bodies in ruins, massacring innocent civilians.
The present U.S. administration increased the number of drone attacks four times as compared with that in the period of the Bush administration.
It is steadily escalating killings of civilians in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Yemen, Somalia and other countries and regions.
The U.S. imperialists dropped nuclear bombs on Japan during World War II and germ bombs on the territory of the DPRK, brutally killing civilians.
The ongoing U.S. massacre of civilians is the most hideous crime against humanity that can be perpetrated only by the human butchers who carried forward their man-killing methods.
The U.S. is the chieftain of man-killing and the worst human rights abuser.
The U.S. human rights abuses perpetrated in different parts of the world under the signboard of "war on terrorism" have drawn strong protests from the international community.
An international meeting in Geneva in June seriously discussed human rights abuses committed by the U.S. through drone attacks.
In September, the supreme court of Italy supported the decision made by a lower court that sentenced to prison terms CIA agents who abducted an innocent Egyptian on suspected terrorism.
With nothing can the U.S. cover up its true colors as a criminal country.
The U.S. will have to pay a dear price for its serious human rights abuses committed in utter disregard of international law, cursed and denounced by world justice and conscience. -0-

DPRK NDC Reiterates Its Stand to Fight It Out against U.S. and S. Korean Regime

Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the National Defence Commission (NDC) of the DPRK issued the following statement Tuesday:
The south Korean puppet regime finally made public so-called new "missile policy declaration" on October 7. It has so far been locked in the confab for the "revision of missile guidelines" with the U.S. for a long time despite big concerns and opposition of the public at home and abroad.
The declaration envisages extending the firing range of south Korea's missiles to 800 km capable of attacking the entire region of the DPRK from the previous 300 km, increasing the weight of warheads to over 500 kg when necessary and even equipping the army with new lethal unmanned assaulters 2.5t in weight and 300km in cruising range.
The south Korean regime let officials of Chongwadae and "Defense Ministry" speak loudly that the new "missile policy declaration" will make it possible to satisfactorily deter "threat" and "provocation" of the DPRK and to affect the northeastern area of China and even the far eastern region of Russia, to say nothing of the whole area of the DPRK with a missile fired from Taejon and other middle areas of south Korea.
The "missile policy declaration" which the regime calls "the biggest achievement" it gained from its American master in recent years is a product of another conspiracy of the master and the stooge to push the situation on the Korean Peninsula to the extreme pitch of tension and ignite a war against the DPRK any moment.
Demand for the declaration raised by Chongwadae and the "Defense Ministry" and "Foreign Affairs and Trade Ministry" of south Korea was accepted by the White House, U.S. Defense Department and State Department. U.S. President Obama also responded to the imploration made by traitor Lee Myung Bak.
Lee Myung Bak required Obama to extend the firing range of missiles on scores of occasions typically in last July and this March.
No sooner had south Korea made public the "missile policy declaration" under the scenario worked out by it than the Obama administration expressed its official stand by praising it as the most balanced and clear counteraction and absolutely appropriate measure.
Under the prevailing situation the National Defence Commission of the DPRK clarifies its principled stand as follows:
Firstly, the army and people of the DPRK will fight it out to put into practice the slogan "Annihilate the U.S. imperialists, sworn enemy of the Korean people!", given that the U.S. hostile policy has become clearer through south Korea's "missile policy declaration".
It was only shortly ago that President Obama openly clarified his stand to exist in peace with the DPRK. State Secretary Hillary also expressed the same stand. Leading policy-makers of the U.S. National Security Council and Central Intelligence Agency said the U.S. does not have hostile policy toward the DPRK when they had official and unofficial meetings with DPRK officials.
But the situation gives the lie to all the U.S. messages.
Given the clarity being added to the U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK, the army and people of the DPRK are of the fixed stand that they can not stop the final battle with the U.S. for settling accounts with their sworn enemy for whom they bear great grudge.
The south Korean puppet regime will not be able to find a room for hiding as it blindly follows its master's ambition for aggression, being steeped in sycophancy and submission.
Secondly, now that the south Korean puppet regime is seeking attacking the whole area of the DPRK by missiles at the instigation of its master, the army and people of the DPRK will bolster military preparedness in every way to cope with it.
We do not hide that the revolutionary armed forces of Mt. Paektu including the strategic rocket forces are keeping within the scope of strike not only the bases of the puppet forces and the U.S. imperialist aggression forces' bases in the inviolable land of Korea but also Japan, Guam and the U.S. mainland.
The DPRK is prepared to counter nuclear attack and missile attack of the U.S., south Korea and all other following forces in kind.
What remains to be done now is the DPRK's resolute action.
It is the strong will of its army and people to let them feel the real taste of a war.
Thirdly, we would like to take this opportunity to appeal to the governments, political parties, organizations and peace-loving people of all countries around the world that value justice and sympathize with truth to heighten vigilance against the U.S. arbitrary practices.
The "missile policy declaration" which the south Korean regime made public in conspiracy with the U.S. is not simple missile range extension guidelines.
Lurking behind this is the U.S. sinister domination aim to lay strategic siege network to Asia and upset peace and stability in the region and thus establish the U.S. hegemony in the Asia-Pacific region.
Still lots of world people have failed to realize the U.S. arbitrary trick behind situations in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya and Syria.
Now is the time to heighten vigilance against the U.S. arbitrary practices and turn out in actions to frustrate them.
We should not forget even a moment that wolf never subsists on grass as long as it breathes.
The army and people of the DPRK will as before hold high the banner of struggle against the U.S. and south Korean puppet forces and wage dynamic actions to achieve the country's reunification and the world independence. -0-

                         This anniversary comes at a time when the WPK, now under the leadership of the dear respected leader Marshal Kim Jong Un, the first secretary of the WPK and illustrious successor to the great leaders comrades Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, is adorning history with fresh miracles and creations under the banner of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism. An upsurge towards a thriving socialist country is sweeping all fields of life in the DPRK  thanks to the Songun revolutionary leadership of the great leader Marshal Kim Jong Un.
   The Workers' Party of Korea founded by the great leader comrade Kim Il Sung with its roots firmly in the revolutionary traditions of the Down With Imperialism Union has led more than six decades of successful socialist construction . The Workers' Party of Korea is the organiser and guide of the Korean people and the general staff of the Korean revolution . The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK and the Juche Idea Study Group of England issued a joint statement on the 15th anniversary of the election of the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il as general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea on the 8th of October.

                        The decision to unanimously elect the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il as the general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea reflected the deep respect, support and trust of the WPK members and entire Korean people for the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il who had been leading the party for many years after starting work at the Central Committee of the WPK in 1964. The great leader comrade Kim Jong Il was the successor to the great leader comrade Kim Il Sung who carried forward the Juche  revolutionary cause and cause of Juche party building.
                                        The WPK under the leadership of the great comrade Kim Jong Il pushed forward with the Songun revolution with the KPA as the core force of the revolution. Pyongyang, October 3 (KCNA) -- Facts about the U.S. ceaseless secret tests of nuclear weapons were disclosed recently to stun the world people.
According to Kyodo News, the U.S. carried out nuclear tests between April and August under the pretext of examining the efficiency of the stockpiled nuclear weapons by using plutonium this year.
This fact fully revealed that the U.S. initiative to build a "world without nuclear weapons" is nothing but a smokescreen to cover up its wild ambition to dominate the world with nukes and hoodwink the world people.
U.S. President Obama advocated a "world without nuclear weapons" at the outset of his office. He committed himself not to develop nuclear weapons and conduct nuclear tests before the international community.
However, the U.S. nuclear tests have gone on during his office.
Such nuclear tests by use of plutonium were conducted without let-up last year and this year.
The U.S. has run the whole gamut of crimes including nuclear tests and the development of new type nuclear weapons in an effort to reinforce its huge nuclear arsenal. It is sheer hypocrisy and sophism for the U.S. to talk about "denuclearization".
The U.S. is the arch criminal who has posed constant threat of a nuclear war to the world and sparked global arms race.
It is none other than the U.S. that made a nuclear weapon for the first time in human history and has the biggest arsenal of nuclear weapons of various types and brought a nuclear disaster to mankind.
The U.S. tried to use nukes in a bid to turn the situation during the last Korean War favorable to it. It is also creating constant nuclear threat, while keeping a large number of nukes in south Korea and other parts of the world.
The U.S. is wholly to blame for the danger of nukes and a nuclear war increasing worldwide.
It is preposterous, indeed, for the U.S. to talk about the minimization of the use of nuclear substance and its safe management and the prevention of its illegal dealings and "denuclearization" after holding such international meetings as the NPT Review Conference, "Summit for Nuclear Safety," etc.
The "denuclearization" touted by the U.S. is, in essence, a theory for monopolizing nukes to put the whole world under its control with them.
The U.S. is not in a position to dismantle its nukes or opt for their nonuse as it regards them as an all-powerful means for carrying out its policies of aggression.
As long as the U.S. remains unchanged in its nuclear policy for aggression, the army and people of the DPRK will further bolster up its nuclear deterrence for self-defence. -0-
