Pyongyang, October 3 (KCNA) -- All-Korean Committee for Implementation
of June 15 Joint Declaration Friday sent an appeal to all Koreans in the
north, the south and abroad on the occasion of the 7th anniversary of
the historic October 4 declaration.
The committee in an appeal stressed the need to open a new phase of
peace, co-prosperity and reunification under the unfurled banner of the
north-south joint declarations.
The appeal called upon all Koreans to dynamically turn out in the
drive to firmly defend the north-south joint declarations and implement
them by their concerted efforts.
It called upon them to thoroughly reject all sorts of such
mud-slinging as denying the other party and fostering confrontation
between fellow countrymen.
It called for opposing and rejecting outsiders' interference and
dependence on them in the issue of national reunification and settling
the reunification issue independently by the concerted efforts of the
Koreans as proposed by the north-south joint declarations.
It underscored the need to make the committee a nationwide
organization for the reunification movement which steers the movement of
people from all walks life in the north, the south and abroad.
It underlined the need to further boost the unity and solidarity of
all Koreans in the north, the south and abroad and kindle the torch for
implementing the north-south joint declarations in all places where
Koreans live and thus usher in the second June 15 era of reunification.
2015 is a significant year marking the 70th anniversary of national
liberation and the 15th anniversary of the historic June 15 joint
declaration, it said, and went on:
Let's make 2015 a year of historic turn to usher in a new heyday of
the movement for national reunification in the same high spirit as was
displayed when the August 15 liberation was achieved and with the same
hot wind with which the June 15 era was ushered in!
In order to make 2015 a year of great turn shining in the history
for the reunification movement, All-Korean Committee for Implementation
of June 15 Joint Declaration will form a joint preparatory body, pool
all wisdom and energies and exert all efforts to let all fellow
countrymen positively join in the drive.
The appeal stressed the need to greet the 15th anniversary of the
historic June 15 joint declaration and the 70th anniversary of the
significant August 15 national liberation as grand festivals for
national reunification to be specially recorded in the national history.

CPRK Statement Denounces Park Geun Hye for Resorting to Acts of Sycophantic Treachery
Pyongyang, October 2 (KCNA) -- The Committee for the Peaceful
Reunification of Korea (CPRK) issued a statement Thursday on the
occasion of the 7th anniversary of the historic October 4 declaration.
In the statement the committee denounced the south Korean puppet forces
for seriously violating the north-south joint declarations and pushing
the north-south ties into the worst catastrophe.
The statement said:
Obsessed by the anachronistic wild ambition for "unification through absorption", the Park Geun Hye group totally denied all the agreements reached between the north and the south and escalated confrontation with the fellow countrymen. Recently it groundlessly took issue with the nuclear program and "human rights issue" in the north at the UN, making a blatant challenge to the dignity and social system in the DPRK and glaringly revealing its despicable confrontational nature.
Acts of defying north-south declarations reflecting the unanimous will of the nation can never be pardoned and they are bound to face the most shameful ruin.
The historic June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration serve as the starting point and a cornerstone for the development of the north-south ties.
The Park regime speaks out in public that it does not deny the north-south declarations but, in fact, it has totally denied and wantonly violated the declarations by peddling confrontational scenarios such as "confidence-building process" and "Dresden declaration".
The implementation of the October 4 declaration will naturally lead to the solution of such issues as "cooperation" and "building of groundwork" much touted by the south Korean authorities.
However, they have persistently denied and turned their faces away from the implementation of the north-south declarations because they have pursued "unification through absorption".
The south Korean authorities should clearly understand that the more desperately they undermine the foundation for the improvement of relations and make a mess of all the achievements made in the June 15 era of reunification and persist in the hotchpotch "north policy", the more clearly they will reveal their true colors as confrontation maniacs.
Park should mind that as the watchwords of "no nukes, opening and 3 000 dollars" put up by traitor Lee Myung Bak was branded as confrontational policy, her hideous "north policy" can also meet a miserable end, being rejected by the nation.
Act of sycophantic treachery encroaching upon the fundamental requirements and interests of the nation will meet stern punishment by the nation.

NDC Urges Park Geun Hye to Face up to Reality
Pyongyang, October 2 (KCNA) -- The spokesman for the Policy
Department of the National Defence Commission (NDC) of the DPRK gave the
following answer to the question raised by KCNA Thursday in connection
with the fact that Park Geun Hye again let loose vitriolic language
against the DPRK:
Park who earned an ill fame as top class confrontational manic and modern day traitor by calling for the "north's dismantlement of nuclear program" and the solution of the "human rights issue in the north" at the UN, again pulled up the DPRK at a "state council meeting" on September 30.
She said "human rights issue" in the north is the "major aim of unification" pursued by the south Korean authorities, revealing that "unification" touted by them is to bring down the social system in the north in the end.
Seized by the ambition for confrontation with fellow countrymen, she said that "no passive approach should be taken in fear of the north's backlash". She even cried out for passing the "North Korean Human Rights Act", which was not adopted for the past decade, at the puppet National Assembly session.
The racket over the "north's nuclear program" and "human rights in the north" kicked up by Park Geun Hye is no more than a struggle of a mentally deranged woman thrown into despair and a desperate bid of a criminal facing her miserable end.
Park seems to think that it is wisest to support her master's rhetoric about the "human rights in the north" in order to prolong her remaining days even by clinging to the dirty coattail of the U.S.
She is resorting to the racket of "human rights in the north" in a bid to bury into oblivion the horrible human rights situation in south Korea.
She should seriously think why the "North Korean Human Rights Act" is rejected by south Koreans including the political circle.

The Workers' Party of Korea founded 69 years ago by the great leader comrade Kim Il Sung with its roots firmly in the revolutionary traditions of the Down With Imperialism Union has led more than six decades of successful socialist construction . The Workers' Party of Korea is the organiser and guide of the Korean people and the general staff of the Korean revolution . The Korean people under the banner of the red flag of the WPK built an advanced socialist system. Korea was transformed from being once a colony into a powerful socialist country of Juche , a country that is independent, self- sufficient and self- reliant in defence. Paean to the Motherly Party
There
are on the earth hundreds of parties with hundreds of years of history,
but only the Workers’ Party of Korea is called a motherly party.
The WPK is a great motherly party which devotedly serves the people.
The
WPK is the party which regards the people's interests and convenience
as foremost and absolute, holds responsible for the people's destiny and
future and leads them to the last and staunchly struggles for their
wealth and prosperity under socialism.
Its politics is the benevolent one consistent with the love and trust for the people.
Leader Kim Jong Il
clarified that a socialist ruling party exists for the sake of the
people and the bounden duty of the WPK is to struggle for the people's
independent demands and interests.
He
paid special attention to make the party a motherly party which rallies
the broad segments of people and hold responsible for and takes care of
their destiny.
He saw to it that when working out a line and policy and implements them, they should be fully accorded with the people's intention and desire, never infringing their interests.
So
the people call the WPK holding accountable for the destiny and future
of all the people a motherly party and absolutely trust in and follow
it.
Greeting October 10, the birthday of the WPK, every year, south
Koreans, too, recollect with deep national pride and self-respect the
proud course the WPK has traversed upholding the peerless great men at
its top post.
They say that the victorious history of the WPK is the one of great President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il
in which the WPK could emerge ever-victorious by holding them whom the
Korean nation acclaimed for the first time in its 5,000 year-long
history as its leaders. They highly praise that it is only the WPK which
enjoys the absolute trust of the people and forms the ties of blood
with them, being called a motherly party.
Their reverence for the great party gets more fervent as the WPK holds in high esteem leader Kim Jong Il as its eternal general secretary and comrade Kim Jong Un as its first secretary.
