The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK and the Juche Idea Study Group of England issued a joint statement on the 17th anniversary of the election of the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il as general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea on the 8th of October.

                        The decision to unanimously elect the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il as the general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea reflected the deep respect, support and trust of the WPK members and entire Korean people for the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il who had been leading the party for many years after starting work at the Central Committee of the WPK in 1964. The great leader comrade Kim Jong Il was the successor to the great leader comrade Kim Il Sung who carried forward the Juche  revolutionary cause and cause of Juche party building.
                                    As the dear respected leader Marshal Kim Jong Un pointed out;
"The most important guarantee for victory in the revolution is to strengthen the party, the General Staff of the revolution, and solidify the driving force of the revolution by uniting the service personnel and people around it."
                         The great leader comrade Kim Jong Il  as general secretary of the WPK was always amongst the KPA soldiers and people uniting them around the Party the general staff of the revolution.
                                        The WPK under the leadership of the great comrade Kim Jong Il pushed forward with the Songun revolution with the KPA as the core force of the revolution. The Songun politics of the Workers' Party of Korea were developed in depth and scope by the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il as general secretary of the WPK. The WPK enhanced its leadership over the revolution defeating the anti-socialist machinations of the imperialists,renegades
and opportunists.
 During the tenure of the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il as the general secretary of the WPK big strides were made in developing the economy and improving living standards as well as in the work of defence upbuilding .
                               The achievements of the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il as general secretary of the WPK are immortal . The 4th Conference of the Workers' Party of Korea took a decision to elect great generalissimo Kim Jong Il as the
eternal general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea. As the dear respected
leader Marshal Kim Jong Un said
"Our Party, with him as its eternal General Secretary, can carry the revolutionary cause of Juche and the revolutionary cause of Songun to brilliant completion with a solid organizational and ideological guarantee for leading the revolution and construction to victory"
                             The exploits of the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il as general secretary of the WPK will live down the generations . The cause of Juche-party building is wisely continued by dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un who follows in the footsteps of the great leaders comrades Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

   The ASSPUK and JISGE today issued the following statement on the occasion of the 7th anniversary of the October 4th declaration between the DPRK and south Korea.
                        Without a doubt  the declaration marked a major landmark in the struggle for independent reunification . It fully embodied  June 15 spirit for peaceful reunification of Korea and embodied the concept of "By Our Nation Itself". It was a manifestation of the Juche-orientated theories of Korean national reunification. The conclusion of the October  4th declaration was the result of the tireless work of the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il , a most profound
manifestation of his lofty patriotism . Without the Songun politics of the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il the October 4th declaration would not have been possible.
                                                         The south Korean fascist puppet regime have negated the October 4th and June  15th declarations, wantonly trampling upon the spirit and letter of the inter-Korean declarations. They have committed  hostile and anti patriotic acts too numerous too mention. This year the DPRK under the  leadership of dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un  have made a series of proposals for dialogue and reconciliation . The south Korean fascist puppets have poured cold water on these proposals and have instead intensified the anti-DPRK campaign ten fold.
                                                                  Fascist puppet Park Geun Hye has even used the UN General Assembly as a platform for anti DPRK abuse  and is jabbering about "German style " reunification . This is basically "unification by absorption " which is totally contrary to the principle of the October 4th Declaration.
           We support the heroic struggle of the south Korean people and patriots to realise the implementation of the October 4th Declaration and also ensure the spirit of "By Our Nation Itself " is embodied in all fields of life, this would include the withdrawal of US troops. We are convinced that Korea will be reunified under the Songun revolutionary leadership of dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un.

                   The ASSPUK, Juche Idea Study Group of England and UK Korean Friendship Association issued a joint statement in support of the statement of the DPRK National Defence Commission Policy Dept concerning south Korean puppet fascist puppet Park Geun Hye's so-called "UN speech ";
       We fully concur with the analysis of the Policy Department of the DPRK NDC that Park Geun Hye is the cause of deteriorating inter-Korean relations . Park's slanders against the DPRK at the UN General Assembly were totally outrageous.
For example Park ignored the fact that it is the US that has carried out the highest number of nuclear tests in the world and has actually carried out 27 sub-critical nuclear tests since 1996 . How can she say that the DPRK is the only country to have carried out  a nuclear test The DPRK's nuclear weapons are for self-defence  and the DPRK does not have nuclear weapons stationed in other
countries. In essence Park is calling for the unilateral , one sided disarmament of the DPRK basically playing the US imperialist's game of trying to stifle Korean-style socialism by means of disarmament .
                                               The so-called "UN Human Rights Council " referred to by Park Geun Hye is an  instrument of US imperialism . The DPRK is very correct to not recognise  any "resolution" adopted by the UN that had been reduced to a voting machine of the U.S. and its followers.
                                                                                           It is not the DPRK that is the country with the human rights problem. Under the people-centred socialist system of the DPRK, the people enjoy all sorts of rights .It is south Korea, which is a puppet regime, a dependency of the US , a neo-colony of the US characterised by a big gap between the rich and poor which grows every day . In south Korea there are many homeless people scavenging through rubbish bins . South Korea has the highest suicide rate in the world. The military dictatorship of Park Chung Hee the father of Park Geun Hye was built on the dead bodies of south Korean patriots and revolutionaries. Now Park Geun Hye follows in the footsteps of her father and is establishing a modern version of the vile Yushin fascist dictatorship repressing the pro reunification patriotic , democratic and leftist forces in south Korea. Instead of setting up a "Human Rights Office for the north " in south Korea the UN would be better advised to set up a "Human Rights Office for south Korea " and put south Korea under investigation.
                                   As the DPRK NDC Policy Department statement says south Korea should "introduce best man-centered, Korean-style socialism in the world so that south Korea may not remain a tundra of human rights causing miserable death"
This is very true Korean style socialism practically guarantees human rights and for south Korean people to enjoy human rights the pro US comprador regime must be got rid of.
                                                  Park Geun Hye is a flatulent old woman who goes on  about the fall of the Berlin Wall unaware of three facts, firstly, East German people consider they were better off before the Berlin Wall collapsed, secondly, Korea is Korea and Germany is Germany , the DPRK is not the old GDR , thirdly the DPRK did not build a wall dividing the country into two , it was Park Chung Hee her father who constructed the wall across Korea !
                                       To conclude inter-Korean relations can only be improved and reunification advanced when the fascist puppet regime of Park Geun Hye is
overthrown.

             The Association for the Study of Songun Politics UK, the Juche Idea Study Group of England and the UK Korean Friendship Association today issued a joint statement in support of the statement issued by the Committee For the Peaceful Reunification of Korea basically condemning Park Geun Hye's speech to the UN General Assembly;

               Park Geun Hye (who is the daughter of fascist dictator Park Chung Hee) used the UN General Assembly as a platform for anti DPRK  abuse ,slander and lies in a manner that is quite unbecoming as the UN General Assembly is supposedly a forum for international co-operation,dialogue and exchange between nations. However Park Geun Hye used the meeting to whip up hatred against fellow Koreans and insult and slander the socialist system of People's Korea and its dignity .
                    Park even came out with ludicrous nonsense about a "peace park " in the Demiltarised Zone  ! Such a proposal is total stupidity , how on earth can a peace park be constructed  when over 37,000 US aggressors troops are in south Korea with their guns levelled against the DPRK , when there are over 1,000 US nuclear weapons in south Korea and when all the time the US and south Korean puppet armed forces stage anti-DPRK war exercises . Before anyone can even think, even daydream about such a proposal all US troops and weapons would have to be withdrawn from south Korea ! Yet Park did not call for that but instead the south Korean puppets have indefinitely postponed the handover of wartime operational control of the US over south Korean armed force.We , the ASSPUK, JISGE and UK KFA  strongly denounce such a fraudulent scheme
                      Such a "peace park " could take on a sinister complexion as it could used to promote and eternalise Korea's division. There is only one Korean nation and one Korean people it is not two countries. It could also be used as part of the so-called "peaceful conversion " strategy of US imperialism to undermine socialism in the DPRK.
                            The fascist puppet Park slandered the DPRK over "human rights " at the UN  but there is no such thing as the "human rights " issue in the DPRK as everyone has a job, a home and the right to education . It is south Korea that has the worst human rights violation.
                                                        Park Geun Hye used the UNGA meeting to call for "unification by absorption "  .i.e to smash up or dismantle the socialist system of the DPRK and take over the northern part of Korea by force . This is not true reunification is contrary to all inter Korean agreements and declarations. Park is ignorant of the fact that the ordinary East German people hated the destruction of their socialist country by imperialism under the guise of "unification ". Such a scenario can never work in Korea.
                  All in all Park's speech was full of anti-communist rhetoric, and fascist ideology .  As the statement of the Committee For the Peaceful Reunification of Korea says " If the puppet forces want confrontation and war, obsessed by "unification through absorption", the DPRK will be compelled to achieve the final victory in the struggle for national reunification by its own mode. It is fully ready to do so."
            We strongly support the statement of the DPRK Committee For Peaceful Reunification of Korea . We believe that Park Geun Hye and her bogus 'unification ' schemes will be dumped in the dustbin of history by the Korean people.

KCNA Commentary Denounces U.S. Anti-DPRK Human Rights Racket

    Pyongyang, September 27 (KCNA) -- The U.S. held a "high-level meeting on human rights in north Korea" on Sept. 23 on the sidelines of the 69th UN General Assembly now under way in New York.
    At the meeting the U.S. tried to mislead public opinion by creating impression that a "report" of the "fact-finding committee" on the human rights performance in the DPRK and a "resolution" of the UN Human Rights Council which had been already fabricated represented "the will of the world public."
    The meeting was nothing but a despicable "human rights" burlesque staged against the DPRK as part of the U.S. moves to isolate and stifle it.
    The DPRK has never recognized the "report", "resolution" and the like of hostile forces as they were prompted by their inveterate repugnancy and plots against it and will never accept them in the future, too. This is because there cannot exist any human rights issue under the Korean-style socialist system centered on the popular masses, the system giving top priority to the interests and convenience of the people and regarding them as absolute.
    The DPRK provides a state guarantee of all rights including the rights to exist, live and develop to the people by firmly defending its ideology and social system. That's why it says human rights precisely mean the state sovereignty.
    As far as the "report" and "resolution" made at the meeting are concerned, they are all lies and fabrications cooked up by dishonest hostile forces in a back room before going through any normal procedures without any consultation with the DPRK.
    They are nothing but hackneyed misinformation spread by the U.S. to do harm to the DPRK and "testimonies" made by criminals who defected from the DPRK after betraying even their country, nation, parents, brothers and sisters.
    If the U.S. was concerned for the settlement of the problem even a bit, it should have produced an impartial report through full discussion and legitimate procedures after studying the report of the DPRK Association for Human Rights Studies which was recently published, though belatedly.
    The U.S. turned down an official request made by the DPRK delegation for its participation in the meeting. This fact alone clearly proves that the discussion on such issue has no equity and it was part of the U.S. sinister plots against the DPRK.
    The U.S. act of barring the DPRK delegation from taking part in the meeting for discussing the "issue" of the DPRK while talking about "dialogue on human rights" goes to prove that the U.S. recent anti-DPRK campaign over the "human rights issue" has nothing in common with the genuine human rights.
    No wonder, even U.S. media expressed skepticism about the "human rights" campaign launched by the U.S. and others rejecting the DPRK delegation's proposed participation in the meeting and are reporting the DPRK's just assertions about the human rights issue every day.
    It is none other than the U.S. which should be forced to sit in the dock at a human rights tribunal.
    The U.S. is a top class criminal state which has neither justification nor face to pull up other countries as it is the worst human rights abuser in the world.
    The U.S. and other hostile forces' persistent political plots, economic sanctions and military threats lay big hurdles in the way of the DPRK government's efforts to promote people's human rights.
    It is the sinister aim sought by the U.S. in desperately kicking up such human rights campaign to tarnish the international image of the single-mindedly united DPRK and bolster up the lever for stifling it.
    Such ruckus of the U.S. would only bring into bolder relief its despicable true colors as the worst human rights abuser. -0-

NDC Policy Department Blasts Park Geun Hye's Anti-DPRK Invectives

    Pyongyang, September 27 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the Policy Department of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK in a statement Saturday termed Park Geun Hye the primary root cause of deteriorating the north-south relations and fostering mistrust and confrontation.
    Her disposition was fully revealed through the unspeakable invectives she let loose against the DPRK as she pleased during her recent trip to the U.S., lashing all Koreans into fury, the statement said, and went on:
    She labeled the DPRK the "only criminal country that carried out a nuclear test in the 21st century", blustering that the DPRK's nuclear weapons are the "biggest threat" to peace on the Korean Peninsula and in the rest of Northeast Asia and its nuclear activities are the "total denial" of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty.
    Park should properly know that the mission of the DPRK's nuclear deterrence is to terminate the nuclear threat and blackmail that have been escalated by the U.S., to eliminate the U.S. imperialists, robbers keen on swallowing up the land of Korea and to throw overboard modern day sycophants and traitors like Park who brings only national disgrace and tragedy, pursuant to the U.S. line.
    Nothing will be more foolish than trying to force the army and people of the DPRK to lay down the treasured sword--nukes.
    Park's nature was also revealed when she malignantly took issue with the "human rights issue" of the DPRK at the UN arena.
    She went so impudent as to call for implementing what she called "recommendations" adopted by the UN Human Rights Council, while letting loose vitriol in a bid to give impression that the international community is greatly concerned about the "north's human rights issue".
    She went the lengths of making such provocative vituperation that "north's human rights office" will be set up in south Korea.
    Originally, the DPRK has never recognized any "resolution" adopted by the UN that had been reduced to a voting machine of the U.S. and its followers.
    If the UN is to remain true to its original mission, though belatedly, and if it is so concerned about the improvement of human rights, it should buckle down to transforming south Korean society and U.S. society that turned into veritable hells and theatres of human rights abuses under the unpopular rule and the "yusin" fascist dictatorship of modern version.
    Park Geun Hye had better build a "south's human rights office ", not a "north's human rights office", and introduce best man-centered, Korean-style socialism in the world so that south Korea may not remain a tundra of human rights causing miserable death.
    She was so obsessed by confrontation with fellow countrymen at the UN arena that she did not hesitate to shield human scum as "defectors from the north" though they had been de-listed as inhabitants long ago.
    The foolish efforts of Park to gain something by pinning hope on such human scum as "defectors from the north" and having them under her wings would only prompt all fellow countrymen and the nation to condemn her for being an indecent woman reeking off nasty smell.
    She fully disclosed her inveterate ambition for achieving "unification through absorption" when she referred to the lapse of 25 years since the Berlin Wall was pulled down. If she truly wants "demolition of barrier", she should make a bold decision to pull down, to begin with, the concrete wall built by her father and his followers to divide the territory of the country into two.
    This time she fully revealed herself she is a modern-type sycophant and traitor and the worst traitor for all ages.
    If the north-south relations are to be improved and peace and stability of the nation ensured, it is necessary to decisively eliminate such hordes of traitors as Park. This is the conclusion drawn by the army and people of the DPRK.
