London 6th of February
The ASSPUK and JISGE issued the following joint statement on the occasion of the forthcoming 40th anniversary of the appointment of the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il as successor to the great leader comrade Kim Il Sung.
On the 13th of February it is 40 years since the great leader generalissimo Kim Jong Il was appointed as successor the Juche revolutionary cause by the democratic decision of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea . This not only was a profound and lofty manifestation of the deep trust and support for the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il but it was a declaration of their will to push forward the Juche revolutionary and forever stick to the road of Juche. The decision to appoint generalissimo Kim Jong Il as successor fully reflected the fact that the revolution is continuined from one  generation to another .
The great leader comrade Kim Jong Il had already been leading the revolution and the party for some time before the 8th plenary committee of the 5th central committee of the WPK took the momentous decision to appoint him as successor to the Juche revolutionary cause pioneered and hewed out by the great leader President Kim Il Sung .Comrade Kim Jong Il had started his Songun revolutionary leadership by giving guidance to the historic Seoul Ryu Kyong Su 105 Guards Tank Division of the KPA on the 25th of August 1960 . On the 19th of June 1964 he had started working at the central committee of the Workers' Party of Korea. Comrade Kim Jong Il distinguished himself in leading the revolution and construction . People began calling comrade Kim Jong Il the "dear leader " or "dear comrade " in recognition of his outstanding role.
The issue of succession and continuity in the revolution is a key one which if not solved correctly can have disastrous results. Many socialist countries did not correctly solve the issue of succession , the result was heavy losses in socialist construction and the eventual frustration of socialism. The WPK and DPRK solved the succession question magnificently by acclaiming the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il as the successor to the great leader comrade Kim Il Sung . Shortly after the great leader comrade Kim Il Sung passed away  the great leader comrade Kim Jong Il militantly declared  "Expect No Change from me !" dashing the hopes of the imperialist and reactionaries that the DPRK would adopt "reform" and "opening up".
Some 40 years have passed since the decision to appoint the great leader  comrade Kim Jong Il as successor to the Juche revolutionary cause. Now the baton of continuing the revolution has passed to the dear respected leader Marshal Kim Jong Un who follows in the footsteps of great generalissimo's Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il .
We , the ASSPUK and JISGE , fully believe the WPK and DPRK alone in the world found the correct solution to the succession issue and are continuing the revolution true to the cause of Juche , the cause of Songun.

KCNA Commentary Terms U.S. Worst Security-threatening Country

Pyongyang, February 5 (KCNA) -- The commander of the U.S. Pacific Fleet designated the DPRK as a "state of biggest security concern" in the Asia-Pacific region, when he recently told reporters about the non-existent "WMD threat" from it.
In the meantime, the commander-in-chief of the U.S. Armed Forces in the Pacific said that a scenario had been worked out to cope with any "unexpected developments", asserting that nuclear threat from the DPRK is a source of trouble not only to the U.S. mainland but also to the Korean Peninsula and that it may plunge the whole world into confusion.
Such absurd remarks are a trick to justify their military reinforcement for the U.S. pivot to Asia-Pacific strategy. Their action contrary to the facts reminds one of an offender assaulting a victim.
The U.S. is the very one that seriously threatens the peace and security of the Korean Peninsula and the Asia-Pacific region, bringing calamity. It was proven by its history of hostility against the DPRK.
In the last century the U.S. started a war of aggression in Korea and shifted the blame for it on to the DPRK to justify its criminal atrocities while plunging the Korean nation into an unprecedented calamity.
After the ceasefire it has kept its forces in a half of Korea for an indefinite period allegedly to protect south Korea from "threat of socialism", persistently escalating nuclear blackmail to ignite another war.
After the Cold War it cooked up such new pretexts as "suspected nuclear development in north Korea" and "nuclear threat" to get hell-bent on the anti-DPRK moves.
In recent years the U.S. deployed many troops and nuclear strike means and other lethal weapons in the Asia-Pacific region, calling the DPRK to task, and turned the Korean Peninsula into the most dangerous region where a nuclear war may break out any moment.
All the facts go to prove that the U.S. is the world's worst security-threatening and wrecking state. With any sophism can it never deny this stark fact, recognized by the world community.
The U.S. has deployed thousands of nuclear warheads for action and seeks to spend about 400 billion dollars in coming years for the modernization of its nukes. So, it is natural that the world public has derided the U.S. labeling the DPRK as a "security-threatening state".
The U.S. had better behave itself, pondering over what catastrophic consequences its reckless moves for world domination will bring. -0-

Kim Jong Un Visits Baby Home, Orphanage in Pyongyang

Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, first chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army, visited the baby home and orphanage in Pyongyang.
The first leg of his visit was the orphanage.
When he entered an amusement room of the orphanage, lovely children engrossed in cheerful playing vied with each other to come to his arms.
He gently patted children on the cheeks for a while in his arms. He kindly asked them how old they were and if they had any trouble.

The children, touched by the parental love and affection which they had longed for even in dreams, sang before him the song "Thank You, Marshal Kim Jong Un".
Saying that they have nothing to desire more in the world as he provided them with nice dresses in every season and sent them even confectionery, fishes, fruits and honey and they eagerly waited for him, they loudly called him "father!"
Going round different places of the orphanage, he acquainted himself in detail with the conditions for upbringing and education and living environment.
The next leg of his visit was the baby home.
At the baby room he, seeing with a smile on his face the sleeping babies, asked when they were born. Watching children playing in the playing room, he let them speak and happily smiled at them.
When seeing triplets, he let them sit on his knees. He recalled that President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il were very pleased whenever they were told about the birth of triplets, saying it was a good sign of prosperity of the country.
At the kitchen, he learned about what was served to the children. He was satisfied to know that the children at the baby home were well fed for their growth like those at the orphanage in the light of the science of nutrition.
He said that the children are the king of the country, adding that he would make sure that the children would be provided with 300 grams of fishes per day from this year.
He called for supplying not only meat and fish but nutritious dried persimmons to baby homes and orphanages on a regular basis.
Orphans long for affection more than others, he said, stressing the need to bring them up to be clever and upright as their parents failed to do so and let them stoutly grow free from the sorrow of being orphans so that they may be dependable pillars of the country.
Kim Jong Un gave instructions valuable for improving the work of baby homes and orphanages.

The nomination of dear respected Marshal Kim Jong by  the electors of the Paektusan 111 constituency of the Supreme People's Assembly exemplifies the popular and democratic nature of the electoral system of the DPRK whereby candidates are nominated by mass meetings of electors rather than small groups of people . Thus large numbers of people are involved in the electoral decision making process in the DPRK and there is mass participation rather than people sitting at home and then putting a cross on a piece of paper.
The single hearted and pure minded unity of the Korean people is also expressed by the decision of the mass meeting of electors of the Paektusan 111 constituency . The Korean people are united firmly behind dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un the successor to the Songun revolutionary  cause and one and only leader of the Korean revolution.

Final victory is store for the Korean people led by dear respected Marshal
Kim Jong Un.

New Militarization Order in Japan - Voice of Korea

Japanese Prime Minister is the Asian Hitler

Pyongyang, February 4 (KCNA) -- Some days ago, Japanese Prime Minister Abe made a policy speech, in which he called for dialogue accompanied with pressure while talking about "package solution to the abduction, nuclear and missile issues". Such remarks could be heard from the Japanese foreign minister on the same day.
Those reckless remarks made by the Japanese ultra-rightist forces led by Abe remind everyone of a thief crying "Stop thief!" as they are intended for reversing the tide of daily-increasing international denunciation against Japan and thus creating a favorable atmosphere for their moves of militarizing Japan.
Their rash acts evoking much criticism in Asia have something in common with the war hysteria whipped up by Hitler in Germany after its defeat in the First World War.
As well known, the First World War ended with the collapse of militarism in Germany, but fascist maniac Hitler's assumption to power plunged many nations of the world into the bloodbath of another world war.
Prompted by the wild ambition for reoccupying former colonies and, furthermore, building up a new vast empire in the world, Hitler had incited ultra-chauvinism and revanchism and restored the economy serving only for war in Germany. Over-heated in reinvasion, Hitler annexed neighboring countries one after another and, after all, unleashed the Second World War.
Abe's reckless moves are little different to those of Hitler.
Now Japan is running headlong into militarism for reinvasion and Abe is taking the lead in it. Soon after taking power, he impudently sang "Kimigayo", symbolic of militarism, and called for restoring "strong Japan".
During his administration, Japan has made almost all the political and institutional preparations for militarization and overseas aggression with the adoption of new "defense programme guidelines", "mid-term defense capability buildup outline" and "national security strategy" after the organization of the "National Security Council".
Japan's "Self-Defence Forces" have already turned into a completely offensive one.
Revision of "Pacifist Constitution", which bans Japan from going to war, enters the final stage. In the teeth of the international concern about Japan, which has turned into a war state, Abe visited the Yasukuni Shrine that enshrines war criminals, including Tozyo who branded as "Hitler in Asia", a revelation of his wild ambition to provoke the second "greater east Asia war".
His ambition for reinvasion has driven the equilibrium of confrontation and friction to an extreme phase in the Asian region.
In the past Hitler called for a fight against communism to justify the war, but at present Abe is trumpeting the theory of confrontation with the DPRK to rationalize the militarization of Japan for reinvasion. There is no difference between them.
Though Japan is clinging to every possible cunning plot to justify and bring back its crime-woven past, it can never work on the international community.
Abe, plagued with militarism, had better bring himself to his senses. A key to improved DPRK-Japan relations lies in Japan's sincere liquidation of its past crimes. -0-
