CALL by the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks (CC AUCPB)
to all honest people of the planet

- To stop the American criminals-imperialists in their
attempt to ignite a nuclear war on the Korean
Peninsula or other parts of the world.

As is known, in the period 25 - 28 July in the East Sea of Korea were conducted large-scale joint military "exercises" by U.S. forces and South Korea . They were attended by nuclear aircraft carrier George Washington and 20 other ships and submarines of the U.S. Navy, as well as 100 aircraft and 8,000 troops. The scale of the forces in the exercises were the largest since 1976 Invincible Spirit.

Robert Gates (U.S. Secretary of Defence) called these exercises "an open letter-demand for the DPRK to abandon nuclear weapons."

These military "exercises" by the sheer scale of military power engaged in them, have been called by the world's media "saber rattling" for the sake of deterring the DPRK. But the People of the DPRK in these tense days have been quietly working, being always ready for the toughest defence of their motherland. Responsible persons of the DPRK have repeatedly said, in particular, in the statement of the DPRK National Defence Commission on May 20 this year:
- "We will consider any of the slightest incidents in territorial waters, airspace and territory under the jurisdiction of the DPRK as a provocation of fanatics and respond with a crushing blow of retaliation by powerful merciless physical blows."
- To “respond” to “retaliation” by an even more powerful “retaliation" and "punishing retaliatory blows ", to defend with acts of merciless punishment - that is our unchanging iron will".
- "On this occasion, we strongly warn the U.S. , Japan and all the others dancing to their tune of force to behave prudently."

But the U.S. has grit its teeth and is trying hard to ignite a nuclear world war, perhaps choosing between Iran and the DPRK using the Korean peninsula as a wick.
As reported in a press statement the representative of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK from 24.07.2010, the U.S. imperialists and south Korean puppet authorities, capitalizing on the fabricated version of the DPRK's involvement in the incident with the sinking of the corvette Cheonan, which has been rejected the international community and the UN, are once again whipping up war hysteria on the Korean Peninsula.
They are planning to carry out joint naval exercises from 16 to 26 August in the East Sea of Korea, with joint submarine exercises, and from late August to early September in a row - joint naval military exercises in the Yellow Sea . All this is aimed precisely at inciting a military conflict in this region of the world. In the above statement to the press, it also says:
"1.Our army and people will suitably retaliate using the power of our mighty nuclear deterrent force against the largest in its history nuclear war exercises of the U.S. imperialists and their South Korean puppets.
2. Our army and people in response to adverse hardening of conditions to the limit (start of war) will start in due time, a holy war of retribution of our specificity on the basis of nuclear deterrent forces.
3. Our army and people in conditions of having being blamed for the sinking of the "Cheonan" will take all possible steps and get to the bottom of the case regardless of the wishes of Americans.

Today, U.S. foreign policy, the policy of the ruling Zionist lobby - the world government, is extremely aggressive. They are looking for even the slightest pseudo pretext to ignite a global slaughter in any region of the world where it can. We, in the words of Fidel Castro, now live, thanks to the U.S. on a powder keg ready to explode at any minute.
On June 19, U.S. warships, including the aircraft carrier Harry S. Truman, accompanied by, perhaps, not just one nuclear submarine and other military vessels, sailed to the shores of Iran through the Suez Canal . Together with the American naval forces off the coast of Iran , Israeli warships settled there with the same cutting-edge weaponry. As noted by Fidel Castro, " Israel will not shy away from the activation and use - with full independence – its large nuclear might created in this country by the United States . To recognize that this is not so - is to ignore reality."

In Latin America, the United States has located on the territory of Columbia a network of U.S. military bases, and provoking a war between Colombia and Venezuela , and are preparing plans of aggression against Venezuela to overthrow Hugo Chavez's government and the capture of rich deposits of Venezuelan oil. By assessing the situation, Hugo Chávez said "the possibility of armed aggression against Venezuela from the Colombian territory is currently very high. We have not had such a dangerous situation for the past 100 years." According to him, "The Yankee empire has extensive experience in the invention of pretexts (for aggression). In Iraq , they invented a story about weapons of mass destruction, and it was a big lie. Saddam Hussein had no such weapons of this type... They (in the U.S. ) are looking for any excuse, when in need, when scheduled to invade a country or overthrow a government that does not suit them, or kill the president, who is not cooperating with them. The Yankees are capable of any fraud.”

Such fraudulent and false statements are the basis of the allegations of involvement by the DPRK in the sinking of the Cheonan, being an artificial excuse for the organization of the recently daunting U.S. Navy war manoeuvres near the borders of North Korea .
The U.S. are scouring the whole world in search of a "reason" to start World War III. Iran and Venezuela - one of the largest suppliers of oil, remains the main source of energy. Also, these countries occupy a special position in the region ( Venezuela - the leader of the ALBA bloc, Iran – is the leader in the Middle East ). They are like a bone stuck in the throat for the U.S. . In Afghanistan and Iraq , the war is weak in character. The U.S. still can not get out of a deep economic crisis. The U.S. military industrial complex is in dire need of a new war.
The start of a new war is only a matter of time.

We, Bolsheviks, appeal to all honest people of the planet:

Do not let the American madmen, sitting on mountains of their fake blood-stained dollars destroy our beautiful planet, to destroy civilization!

Take action all together against the provocations of American mercenaries who organize the conflicts in different regions of the Earth!

Take action! Do not wait for the Americans blow up the planet!

Defend North Korea , Cuba , Venezuela , Iran , Palestine and other countries, which are being pummelled by the pressure of American imperialism!

Pyongyang, August 5 (KCNA) -- Sixty-five years has elapsed since the United States dropped atomic bombs on Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki on August 6 and 9, 1945, leaving hundreds of thousands of innocent people dead. The death toll is about 159,000 in Hiroshima and 73,000 in Nagasaki. Among the victims of the nuclear holocaust, the first of its kind in human history, were foreigners and many of them were Koreans. According to a non-governmental organization of south Korea, the total number of the Korean victims is about 70,000 and the death toll about 40,000. A civic organization of Japan made public that the Korean victims in Nagasaki alone total 21,384, 10,278 of them dead. The figures show that the Koreans account for more than ten percent of all the victims. Many Korean people, forcibly brought to Japan for slave labor, lost their lives due to the atomic bombs. Even survivors died later or are still suffering from their aftermath. Some of the survivors have come back to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. They have been harassed by mental sufferings as they have adversely affected their descendants in the second and third generations from the genetic point of view. They are closing their days with a deep-rooted rancor against the United States and Japan. Nevertheless, Japan has refused to make any apology and compensation or render humanitarian assistance to them allegedly because it has no diplomatic ties with the DPRK. On the contrary, it is seeking nuclear armament with the backing of the United States. Meanwhile, the United States, far from feeling guilty of having inflicted the unheard-of nuclear holocaust on humans, has stepped up nuclear war preparations near the Korean peninsula and in other regions of the world. The Korean army and people are determined to decisively smash the nuclear war preparations of the U.S. imperialists, their sworn enemy, and foil the nuclear ambition of the Japanese reactionaries, who are going for reinvasion of Korea, servile with the United States.

Statement of KCSWP on the US and SK puppet war exercises

Dear friends.

We send our warm greetings of Korean Committee for Solidarity with the World People.

Warmongers of the South Korean puppet military are going to kick off direct military provocations against the DPRK in the waters around five islets in the West Sea of Korea after escalating the madcap naval exercises targeted against it in the East and West seas of Korea in the wake of the fabrication of the “Cheonan” case.

The Command of Forces of the Korean People’s Army in the western sector of the front issued on Tuesday the following notice in this connection:

The naval firing maneuvers to be staged by the above-said warmongers in the waters near Paekryong, Taehong and Yonphyong islets in August with all ground, naval and submarine attack means involved are ot simple drills but undisguised military intrusion into the inviolable territorial waters of the DPRK and reckless politically motivated provocation to preserve the illegal “northern limit line” to the last.

The anti-DPRK smear campaign started by the puppet group with the “Cheonan” case as a momentum is the unpardonable gravest provocation perpetrated by the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors in recent years but the above-said naval firing maneuvers are a direct military invasion aimed at infringing upon the DPRK’s right to self-defence.

In view of the prevailing situation, the Command of Forces of the Korean People’s Army in the western sector of the front made a decisive resolution to counter the reckless naval firing projected by the group of traitors with strong physical retaliation.

As the DPRK had already declared solemnly internally and externally, there is only the extension of the demarcation line in the West Sea of Korea fixed by the DPRK.

As regards the expected DPRK’s counteraction for self-defence, the command warns in advance all the civilian ships including fishing boats not to enter the theatre of naval firing fixed by the group of traitors in the waters close to the five islets in the West Sea of Korea.

It is the unshakable will and steadfast resolution of the army and people of the DPRK to return fire for fire.

As you might see, today the Korean Peninsula is strained to the breaking point because of the South Korean authority’s imprudent maneuvers.

Once an armed conflict possibly happens, it will give impacts to the entire Korean Peninsula and further to the entire Northeast region to finally ignite a terrible another world war.

We firmly believe that you will give constant supports and solidarity to the just cause of the Korean people in their struggle to cease and break down indiscreet warmongering maneuvers of the US and South Korean authorities and to safeguard the peace and stability on the Korean peninsula and in the world.

South Korean puppet dirty tricks in Western Europe in the past

Professor Park No-su:
He, hailing from south Korea, received doctorate degree by Tokyo University of Japan.
He, patriotic intellectual, while giving lectures on international law at Cambridge University in the UK, conducted struggle for democratization of the south Korean society and the national reunification.
In the vortex of the “Spy Group Case in Europe” in 1969 he was arrested and sentenced to death in a trial.
The death sentence on him was executed just prior to the publication of the July 4 south-north joint statement in 1974.
In 2009 the “Committee for Reviewing the Past History” in south Korea investigated the “Spy Group Case in Europe” during which it issued a conclusion indicating that there was a human rights violation including illegal detainment and cruel acts against Prof. Park and other “accomplices”.

- “East Berlin Case”:
Agents of the south Korean intelligence service entered West Germany by stealth in 1967, enticed and kidnapped south Korean artists, university professors and students who strived for the democratization of the south Korean society and the country’s reunification and took them to south Korea.
The fascist puppets of south Korea sentenced them to severe punishments including death penalty and lifelong imprisonment accusing that they conducted spy activities by the “instructions” of the north.
At the time, the case developed into a diplomatic row between West Germany and south Korea.
The German government sent a notification to the south Korean regime that if the latter did not return them including Yun I-sang back to Germany it would sever diplomatic ties with south Korea.
Faced with soaring protest from other European countries and the public opinion at home the south Korean puppets could not but return them back to Germany about one year later.

The Pyongyang Maternity Hospital Children’s Palace Demonstrating the Superiority of the Socialist System The Pyongyang Maternity Hospital has been birthplace of at least 710 000 children since its foundation on July 30, Juche 69(1980) and many barren women became mothers there. The women in the DPRK call the hospital the benevolent baby’s palace and their parents’ home as they enjoy the benefits of free medical acre. More than 390 triplets and quadruplets were born and over 600 triplets have grown up there for the past 30 years since the birth of the first triplet in September 1980. During this period competent mobile medical service units rushed to different parts of the country to assist more than 220 women in childbirth of triplets and helicopters flew to several places of the country including its northern tip and the secluded mountainous villages to bring 16 triplets back to their life by a miracle. The hospital is equipped with all possible conditions for women diagnosed to have been conceived with triplets to receive hospital treatment for several months for easy delivery and a system of bringing them up till they weight 4 kg each. When the first triplets arrives in July 1947 President Kim Il Sung put his heart and soul into bringing them up and taking care of their health, saying it was a very auspicious event that the first triplet was born in the liberated country. He saw to it that the state takes special care of triplets and their mothers with responsibility in the future. Leader Kim Jong Il initiated the construction of the best maternity hospital in the world and personally chose its site. He even made sure that the wonderful floor studded with jewels decorated in the pattern of beautiful flowers was paved at the hospital and has steadily sent advanced medical appliances and equipment, valuable medicines, honey and tonics more than hundred times. Whenever triplets were born, he wished them happy future before anybody else and saw to it that they are given different kinds of gifts including not only clothes, blankets and nutritious food, but also clothes for their wedding dresses. He also made sure that silver-decorated knives (for baby boys) and gold rings (for baby girls) with the date of their birth carved were given to them as gifts to be memorable in their life time. So all triplets who were born after the country’s liberation and their parents received those gifts. Today the Party and the state make sure that the triplets are taken care of by doctors, nurses and nursery school teachers exclusively in charge of their upbringing from the moment of their birth. Their lives and health have been protected in a scientific way thanks to the state system of general medical examination and health care. They grow up at provincial baby homes until they become four years old and then their parents are granted state benefit till they reach 8 years old.
