Pyongyang, November 10 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a congratulatory floral basket to Thongloun Sisoulith, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP) and president of the Lao People's Democratic Republic (LPDR), on the occasion of his 76th birthday.
The DPRK ambassador to Laos courteously conveyed the floral basket bearing the august name of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un to the vice-chairman of the Committee for External Affairs of the Central Committee of the LPRP on Nov. 8. -0-
