So much for the south Korean puppets . They are unable to catch up with the DPRK in the field of satetille launching . The DPRK launched its first satellite in August 1998 and launched satellites in 2009, 2012 and 2016.
Incidentally , People's Korea had sanctions slapped on it for launching satellites , why hasn't south Korea being sanctioned.
Anyway , the failure of south Korea to succesfully launch a satellite contrasts starkly with People's Korea . It shows the superiority of Juche-based technology and science as well as the strength of the Juche-based socialist system
