The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK (ASSPUK),the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE) , the UK Korean Friendship Association(UK KFA) and British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification (BSCPRKP)  today issued a joint statement supporting the press statement of the spokesperson of the Korean Association for Human Rights Studies;
  Recently a real hullabaloo has been kicked up by the imperialist 'mainstream ' media concerning a so-called report issued by the US -based and George Soros funded "Human Rights Watch " organisation . The "report" made lurid and mendacious allegations against People's Korea based on the false testimony of those who had betrayed the Juche homeland and "defected ".The Korean Association for Human Rights Studies of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea(DPRK) have issued a press statement refuting these vile allegations which are purposely designed to smear and tarnish the reputation of the DPRK as well as to destablise the socialist system of the DPRK.
 The press statement of the DPRK Association for Human Rights Studies correctly points out that
" most despicable false document on earth" and that has it been concocted using fabricated evidence
of human scum. What is deeply deplorable and regrettable is that this rubbish has been produced at a time when a mood of peace and reconciliation is prevailing on the Korea peninsula.
  As is pointed out by the DPRK Association for Human Rights Studies, in fact women in the DPRK enjoy equal rights with men .This is enshrined in legalisation.
 The so-called "HRW " report represents an attempt by the anti-DPRK , anti-socialist hostile forces to encroach and infringe upon the sovereignty of the DPRK as well an insidious to overthrow the socialist system of People's Korea using "human rights " as a battering ram .
  The  DPRK Association for Human Rights Studies calls for legal action against those responsible for the report and also warns that the hostile forces will also  be held responsible for any breakdown in the peace process on the Korean peninsula . We support these measures and the warning .
 Lets us smash the anti-DPRK,anti-socialist . anti-Juche  human rights offensive of the imperialists and reactionaries.
