Pyongyang, January 13 (KCNA) -- Korean-style socialism centered on the popular masses is the best social system as it provides a sure guarantee for the building of a highly civilized nation, says Rodong Sinmun Monday in an article.

    Socialism in the DPRK is the best social system as it enables all people to enjoy a highly civilized life and lead a worthwhile life and makes it possible to successfully carry out the gigantic tasks arising in the building of a highly civilized nation in the shortest possible period.
    Our socialist motherland ensures that party, power and cultural bodies conduct their all activities for the wellbeing of the popular masses and material and cultural wealth of society is channeled into bringing a highly civilized life of all people.
    The advantageous compulsory free education and healthcare systems for the people are fully displaying their vitality despite the manifold difficulties and trials caused by the imperialist reactionaries' moves to stifle the DPRK.
    All fields of culture including education, healthcare, literature and arts, sports and morality serve the purpose of bringing up all people as comprehensively developed human beings with independent consciousness, a high level of cultural knowledge, strong physical bodies and noble moral traits.
