No Force on Earth Can Stifle People′s Cause of Justice: Rodong Sinmun

Pyongyang, December 25 (KCNA) -- No force on earth can block the people all out to achieve the cause of justice and the people struggling for this cause are sure to emerge victorious.
Rodong Sinmun Tuesday says this in a bylined article.
It goes on:
The great Patriotic War fought by the people of the former Soviet Union, the Korean war in the 1950s and other wars and events that took place in the international arena in the new century clearly prove the truth that there is no force on earth that can block the people who turned out to accomplish the cause of justice.
It is only a struggle that can beat imperialism and the source of strength for defending justice is the unity of the people.
Only when broad social strata of people in the world struggle in firm unity, holding the banner of justice, can they frustrate any moves of the imperialists for aggression.
The mental power of the people is more powerful than nuclear weapons.
If a country is weak in military capability, its people can hardly have national self-esteem and strong pluck and they may be held in contempt by the imperialists, easily falling victim to the latter. Only when a country is strong in defence capability, can it maintain an independent stand, protect the dignity of the nation and proudly exercise its sovereignty.
The DPRK could defend its sovereignty and socialism and achieve great victories startling the world in building a thriving nation this year despite the frantic outflanking attack of the imperialists. Such achievements were possible because the Workers' Party of Korea pursued Songun politics, holding aloft the banner of giving importance to military affairs and arms, concludes the article. -0-
