Thirteen-storeyed Pagoda at Pohyon Temple

Among the historical relics and sites in Mt Myohyang is a 13-storeyed pagoda at the Pohyon Temple which was built in the late period of Koryo, a kingdom that had existed between 918 and 1392. The pagoda highlights the features of the late period of Koryo in the style, decorative and other aspects. Wind chimes, which originally numbered 104, are suspended from the hip of each octagonal storey roof.
