 The British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and the Korean Friendship Association of the UK(KFA UK )    issued a joint statement in support of the press statement titled "Provocateurs can never evade the heavy responsibility for escalating tension" issued by the  chief of the Public Information Office of the Ministry of National Defence of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea(DPRK ) on Thursday 5th of September ;

Recently , the US imperialists and the fascist ROK  puppets have repeatedly staged aggressive and provocative war exercises such as Ulji Freedom Shield from August 19 to 29 and the Ssangyong landing  from August 26 which involved 40 warships and 80 planes .

The US and ROK puppets have carried out many exercises rehearsing the infiltration of the DPRK.

The press statement of the chief of the Public Information office of the Ministry of National Defence of the DPRK is very correct to point out that the military exercises of the US and their south Korean puppets are being staged repeatedly and are creating a very serious and tense situation . As the press statement observes " No such area as the Korean peninsula can be found on earth, where the joint military exercises targeting a sovereign state under different codenames such as Freedom Shield, combined joint formation drill, joint airborne infiltration drill, Iron Mace are being staged in succession."

The mainstream media of the UK and other Western countries is simply ignoring the fact that the US imperialists and their minions are straining the situation on the Korean peninsula to breaking point by repeatedly carrying out war exercises including nuclear ,biological and chemical warfare .

The US imperialists and ROK puppet will be wholly to blame if a serious incident occurs due to the continuous increase in tension.

The DPRK will be fully justified in increasing its deterrent power
