Pyongyang, December 15 (KCNA) -- A meeting of workers and members of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea (GFTUK) took place at the Central Hall of Workers in the capital city of Pyongyang on Thursday to commemorate the 12th anniversary of demise of Chairman Kim Jong Il.
Present there were Pak In Chol, chairman of the GFTUK Central Committee, and trade union officials and members and other workers in the city.
At the meeting the performers referred to the immortal revolutionary career and exploits of Kim Jong Il who had always put the people above all else in his great thinking and practice and devoted his all to them.
They expressed their determination to glorify forever the immortal exploits of Kim Jong Il who provided a great history of noble love for the people on this land with his tireless devotion and efforts, and to more dynamically struggle for the prosperity of socialist Korea shining with the august name of the Sun. -0-
