Pyongyang, October 21 (KCNA) -- Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a reply message to Thongloun Sisoulith, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and president of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, on October 18.
In the message, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un expressed deep thanks to General Secretary Thongloun Sisoulith for extending warm congratulations on the occasion of the 78th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea.
