In Refutation of the FCDO's Lies at the UN Security Council (UNSC).

On the 17th of August, the British Ambassador to the UN put on a very poor show by acting as a puppet of US imperialism and joining in the slander of People's Korea.

This ignorant blockhead representing Britain called for the DPRK to “ to prioritise the well-being of its citizens over the development of its illegal weapons programmes”. This is just total nonsense and a lie. The DPRK does far more for the well-being of its citizens than the UK does because the DPRK has free housing, free health care, free education and low-cost public transport. There is no unemployment in the DPRK. Citizens in the DPRK receive free of charge or at very low cost the following; 500 grams of tofu, 300 grams of rice, 2 eggs, 250 grams of vegetables, 250 grams of fruit, bread and other baked goods, and 2 litres of beer on a daily basis On top of this workers have their own salary and can buy other foods they prefer. A socialist paradise indeed!  There are no food banks or PayDay loan shops in People’s Korea!

It is extremely pompous of the British ambassador to the UN to call the DPRK’s self-defensive measures, which are necessary to defend its sovereignty against US imperialism, ‘illegal “ . There is no law that says that the DPRK cannot have nuclear weapons or ICBMs . The DPRK does not need permission from the UN , UK or US to have its own weapons .
