Pyongyang, June 15 (KCNA) -- The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un sent a wreath to the bier of Ri Chun Gu, a writer of the Paektusan Production Company who is the winner of Order of Kim Il Sung and Kim Il Sung Prize and the twice DPRK Labor Hero, expressing deep condolences over his death.
Ri Chun Gu grew up to be a talented script writer and a senior official in the field of film art under the special care of the peerlessly great men. He made contributions to the development of the Juche-oriented film art by writing scripts for many films, including the revolutionary film "The Sun of the Nation", multi-part feature film "The Nation and Destiny", feature films "We Will Follow You to the End of the Earth", "The County Party Chief Secretary", "Traces of Life", "Ask Yourself" and "Man Enshrined in My Heart", for over five decades, which were all appreciated as masterpieces of the times.
A wreath sent by Kim Jong Un was laid before the bier of the deceased on June 14. -0-
