The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK (ASSPUK) , the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea(BGSJI), the Korean Friendship Association of the UK (KFA UK ) ,and the British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification in Korea (BSCPRKP) issued a joint statement in support of the statement of the spokeman of the DPRK Foreign Ministry of the 31st of October ;
In a statement dated the 31st of October , a spokesman of the DPRK Foreign Ministry pointed out that "The situation in the Korean Peninsula and its vicinity has entered the serious confrontation phase of power for power again due to the ceaseless and reckless military moves of the U.S. and south Korea".
The situation on the Korean peninsula has become very strained and fraught owing to the constant war exercises and provocations of the US imperialists which are part and parcel of the anti-DPRK hostile policy of the sleepy Joe regime in the US . Recently the Hoguk military exercise of the US and south Korea which targetted the DPRK was staged for 11 days and now the Vigliant Storm aerial exercise involving hundreds of fighter aircraft has started .
The US has clearly worked a nuclear war scenario for the Korean peninsula as well as strategy to topple the people's government and the socialist system in the DPRK . The constant war exercises of the US and south Korean puppets are a dry run for executing such scenarios and overthrowing the socialist system in the DPRK . We strongly denounce the US imperialists and the south Korean fascist puppets for their evil and despicable anti-DPRK moves .
We also support the DPRK 's declaration made in the statement of the DPRK Foreign Ministry spokesman that it will take ' more powerful follow-up measures' . The DPRK has every right to defend itself from US imperialism .
