Pyongyang, April 15 (KCNA) -- The rank of vice-marshal of the Korean People's Army (KPA) was conferred on Ri Yong Gil, minister of National Defence of the DPRK.
A relevant decision was issued by the Central Military Commission of the Workers' Party of Korea on April 14. -0-
