           The Association for the Study of Songun Politics UK,the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea Study ,the UK Korean Friendship Association and the British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification on the Korean Peninsula(BSCPRKP) issued a statement hailing the very important speech of dear respected Marshal KIM JONG UN  titled "On Eliminating Formalism and Bringing About a Fundamental Innovation in the Party's Ideological Work" 

 On Monday 28th of March dear respected Marshal KIM JONG UN , general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea  sent a letter to the 1st workdshop of information workers of the Workers Party of Korea (WPK) . The letter was titled "On Eliminating Formalism and Bringing About a Fundamental Innovation in the Party's Ideological Work" . The workshop of the information workers of the WPK was held in a significant time when the DPRK has astounded the world by the successful test of the Hwasongpho 17 ICBM and the Korean people are building socialism in the spirt of self-reliance .

Respected Marshal KIM JONG UN in his letter stresses the importance of ideology and information work in carrying out the tasks set down by the 4th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Party Central Committee for the implementation of the Five Year plan that was adopted at the 8th Congress of the WPK in January 2021. As respected Marshal KIM JONG UN points out the ideological and moral strength of the popular masses is the foremost weapon . This approach is based on the Juche Idea for as Marshal KIM JONG UN says  "The Juche theory of giving importance to ideology, which means that ideology decides everything and there is nothing impossible to do when the people are motivated ideologically, will fully demonstrate its justness and vitality forever as our Party's principle in leading revolution and its political philosophy"

This is indeed correct . Ideology decides everything . All the great achievements of People's Korea are due to the fact that it has kept ideological work ahead of all over work and prioritised it .

Marshal KIM JONG UN calls for rooting formalism and stepping up ideological work . He urged in the letter that Party information workers should become  ' powerful loudspeakers and hi-fi amplifiers". This an excellent idea which will incresase the militancy of the WPK's information work .

The struggle against anti-socialist and non-socialist ideas was also emphasised  . Respected Marshal KIM JONG UN said   that 'Party information work is a keystone in sweeping away evil spirits of anti-socialism and non-socialism finding their way into the heads of the people.' This is indeed true . Moreover respected Marshal KIM JONG UN is very correct to refer to anti-socialism and non-socialism as evil spirts . It shows that there is no compromise in the struggle against anti-socialism and non-socialism . This is an example for other socialist countries.

All in all the work '"On Eliminating Formalism and Bringing About a Fundamental Innovation in the Party's Ideological Work " is a very valuable work that shows the great correctness and validity of the WPK's line on ideological as well as the wisdom of dear respected Marshal KIM JONG UN .
