The Korean Friendship Association USA, Association for the Study of Songun Politics of America, and Juche Idea Study Group USA will celebrate February 16, 2022, as the 80th anniversary of the birth of the great leader comrade Chairman Kim Jong Il.
Born during the anti-Japanese liberation struggle, Kim Jong Il developed the Juche idea further and lead the country to victory with Songun. He spent his life at the side of the people, giving field guidance and devoting himself to them; the slogans “We Serve the People!” and “The People are God” were the lifetime mottos of Chairman Kim Jong Il. His lifetime motto was expressed by his love for people; if there is an omnipotent entity in the world, it is none other than the masses.
Korea was blessed by Chairman Kim Jong Il who developed the revolutionary idea of Juche into reality with the publication of “On the Juche Idea” and gave continuation of the leadership of Kim Il Sung for the next generations.
Songun was formulated with the direction and intelligence of the Chairman, who turned Korea into a beacon of light and an example to the world in cultural, technological, military, and political might.
The eightieth anniversary comes at a special year, which is also the 110th anniversary of the birth of the great leader President Kim Il Sung, the 105th anniversary of the anti-Japanese liberation war heroine Kim Jong Suk and the 10th anniversary of the leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un.
The leadership of comrade Chairman Kim Jong Il is to be praised and studied by the progressive and independence loving people of the world.
