Pyongyang, July 17 (KCNA) -- The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un was awarded the title of the DPRK Marshal on July 17, Juche 101 (2012).
For nine years since then, the DPRK people have keenly felt that the path indicated by him is just an avenue to the country's prosperity.
He defined it as a general task for the army building to model the entire army on Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism and has energetically guided the work to develop the People's Army into an elite revolutionary army. Thanks to his devoted efforts for bolstering the invincible military muscle, the DPRK's dignity and position have been remarkably elevated.
He advanced an original idea that Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism is the people-first principle in essence and set forth the politics based on the people-first principle as a fundamental issue and a main political mode decisive of the victory or failure of socialism, thus strengthening the might of Korean-style socialism in every way.
Setting the higher goal for the comprehensive realization of the people's dreams and ideals, he has made a ceaseless journey for the people's happiness.
It is his noble outlook on the people to uphold them as he does President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il, cherishing the images of the great leaders who believed in the people as in Heaven. With this outlook, he has made selfless, devoted efforts for the good of the people.
Under his energetic guidance, lots of monumental edifices sprang up like bamboo shoots after rain and the eye-opening achievements were made in succession in building a powerful socialist country.
