Pyongyang, October 8 (KCNA) -- The International Department of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) released an article titled "Invincible Is Cause of the Workers' Party of Korea Led by the Great Leader" on October 8 on the occasion of the 75th founding anniversary of the WPK.
The article noted that all the members of the WPK and the Korean people are now greeting the 75th founding anniversary of the WPK as the most auspicious revolutionary festival.
The sacred flag of the WPK flies high in the sky of this October, reminding millions of party members and entire Korean people of the glorious 75 years of victory and honor, and they pay the noblest tribute and present the highest glory to the great President Comrade Kim Il Sung, the founder and eternal leader of the WPK, and to the great leader Comrade Kim Jong Il, the symbol and eternal head of the WPK, it said, and went on:
Their hearts are brimming with feelings of absolute confidence in Comrade Kim Jong Un, the Supreme Leader of the Party, state and armed forces, who splendidly carries forward the ideology and leadership of the great President and the great General.
The Korean people are winning victory after victory even though they are going through the worst adversities of global spread of malignant virus and continuing wave of natural disasters while having to face outrageous challenges from imperialism. The progressive peoples of the world are expressing absolute admiration and appreciation for their indomitable spirit and heroic struggle and showing great interest in the WPK's outstanding leadership capability and the key to its success.
The reality of the DPRK that pulsates with the resounding cheers for the WPK epitomizes the 75-year history of the Party and gives another strong proof of the fact that the cause of the leader and the Party to achieve the independence of the popular masses is invincible when it is led by a great leader.
During the historic days when the respected Supreme Leader Comrade Kim Jong Un was held in high esteem as the top leader of our Party, state and armed forces, he solemnly announced his firm will to lead the Party and people only in the way of the great President Kim Il Sung and the great General Kim Jong Il and fight more vigorously toward ultimate victory. In the course of leading the Party, the revolution, the country and the people for the last nine years, he accomplished immortal feats that would go down in history.
The greatest contribution he has made to the WPK and the revolution is that he has strengthened and developed the WPK into a party of the leader and the most powerful political leadership organization within which the unitary ideology and leadership and continuity are firmly maintained and carried on.
At a historic time when a new century of Juche was drawing near, the respected Supreme Leader made a scientific analysis of perfect coherence and continuity of revolutionary ideas of the great President and the great General, formulated their ideas into Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism and proclaimed that modeling the whole society on Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism is the ultimate programme of the Party.
He defined the essence of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism as the people-first principle and set it as the political doctrine and mode of the WPK.
Another great feat the respected Supreme Leader has performed for the Party and the revolution is that he has further consolidated the overall state power and elevated the strategic position of country onto the highest level by bringing about world-startling miracles and great turns in all fields of the building of a powerful socialist country through his amazing revolutionary practices.
Our single-minded unity in which the leader, the party and the masses are united with a single ideology and affection serves as the cornerstone for the existence of the Party and the state and constitutes the strongest state power above all.
The respected Supreme Leader said that the WPK's philosophy of trust is that trust can change people and the times and trust guarantees the future. He also said if there is the almighty weapon that can rule the world, it would be a single-minded unity and a harmonious whole of the Party and the masses.
He has invalidated the imperialists' logic of power by embracing the whole country and people with self-sacrificing love and trust and raising a great family of a single heart that shares the destiny with the Party Central Committee.
Under his leadership, the armed forces of the DPRK grew into invincible combat forces and the work of arming the entire people, fortifying the whole country and developing the defense industry in a Juche-oriented way has entered a higher stage. The DPRK's defense capabilities today have become a reliable military guarantee not only for the prosperity of the country and the victory of the revolutionary cause of Juche, but also for the stability of the Korean peninsula and the region at large.
As our people waged a vigorous struggle holding firmly in their hands the treasured sword of self-development and science and technology provided by the respected Supreme Leader, the material and technical foundations of the self-sufficient national economy were reinforced and supplemented and new springboards for the building of an economic power and the improvement of people's livelihood were built.
The respected Supreme Leader has made yet another great contribution to the Party and the revolution by indicating the way of implementing the independent foreign policy and immensely enhancing the international prestige and influence of the WPK with his outstanding and distinguished leadership ability and through energetic external activities.
He has clarified principles and methods of implementing the foreign policy one after another such as firmly adhering to the revolutionary principles and Juche-oriented stand of the great President and the great General, maintaining the foreign policy principles of independence, peace and friendship and developing external relations in line with elevated strategic position of the state.
Indeed, in the past nine years, the DPRK has achieved many unprecedented historic miracles in succession, undeterred by the most severe challenges which, to say nothing of achieving development, others would not even have survived, and has tremendous state power and influence no one dares to challenge.
This would be unthinkable apart from the outstanding leadership of the respected Supreme Leader who devotes himself selflessly to the country and the people with his gifted wisdom, indomitable faith, high sense of duty for the Party and the revolution, and ardent love for the country and the people.
It is the revolutionary temperament of the WPK and the Korean people to make a breakthrough of advance toward yet another victory without a hint of complacency no matter how many victories they have already won.
