Statement of the Stoke On Trent branch of the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea on Brexit

                                                 

January 31st, 2020 marked the historic moment when Britain finally left the European Union. Over something like four decades, there has been a struggle to assert national sovereignty, self-determination and democracy for the peoples of the British Isles against the neo-liberal agenda of the European Union. Arising from a grassroots movement the working people of this country was able to defeat the cosmopolitanism of the imperialist bourgeoise on June 23rd, 2016 in the historic EU referendum result. This is only the beginning of a historic shift in the attainment of socialism for the popular masses. The pro-US sections of the capitalist class and their Far-Right allies will attempt to hijack Brexit for their own aims. We must build a mass movement so as to achieve the aspirations of generations of working people, that is finally gaining the social-economic-political chajusong. In that endeavour, we must patiently and persistently educate the progressive social-political activists of all denominations in the ideology and theory of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism!!
