The Association for the Study of Songun Politics ,the Juche Idea Study Group of England , the UK Korean Friendship Association (UK KFA ) and the British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification (BSCPRKP) issued the following joint statement concerning the recent typhoon that hit areas of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea(DPRK)on the 7th of September:
Our organisations were saddened to hear of the human and material losses caused by Typhoon no 13 in the DPRK. We express our condolences and sympathy to the Korean people.
We support the measures taken by respected Marshal KIM JONG UN , the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and the Central Military Commission of the Workers Party of Korea to combat the effects of the typhoon and recover from the damage as quickly as possible.
So long as there is the DPRK , the Party , the people's government and the people then any disaster can be overcome . The DPRK is a stronger nation than any typhoon.
We believe that under the leadership of respected Marshal KIM JONG UN and by dint of self-reliance and Juche that the DPRK will quickly recover from the effects of the typhoon.
