The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK (ASSPUK) , the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE), the UK Korean Friendship Association (UK KFA ) ,and the British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification on the Korean Peninsula (BSCPRKP) issued the following joint statement in support of the press statement made by Kwon Jong Gun, Director-General of the Department of American Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea(DPRK)
The statement correctly points out that the south Korean authorities can fool no one at all by changing the name of the aggressive anti-DPRK war exercises. These exercises are like the former Ulji Freedom Guardian exercise. They cannot hide the offensive and stinking nature of something simply by sugarcoating it .This is typical of the liberal regime in south Korea which thinks changing the names of things is a magic wand and a panacea  for all troubles.
The DPRK's just stand as manifested through the statement of the director general of the department of Americans  affairs of the DPRK Foreign Ministry to not to hold any dialogue with south Korea whilst the military exercises are ongoing. These exercises are a wanton violation of the detailed and prescriptive inter-Korean agreements. Therefore we support the call made in the statement for  the cancellation of the exercises or for due explanation to be made.
If the south Korean regime truly desires peace and reunification it must put a stop to military exercises.
