ASSPUK,JISGE, UK KFA and BSCPRKP slam US ideas for naval blockade of People's Korea !

 The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK(ASSPUK),the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE), the UK Korean Friendship Association(UK KFA) and the British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification of Korea (BSCPRKP)issued a statement denouncing US imperialist plans for a naval blockade against People's Korea ;
   The US imperialists invoking UN Security Council(UNSC)  resolution 2375 are wildly talking about a naval blockade of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.The White House National Security Adviser McMaster and other high-ranking officials of the Trump administration and other reactionary conservative  elements of U.S. Congress are calling for sea blockade against the DPRK!
  The U.S. Pacific Command has prepared the sea blockade operation in real earnest from the second half of this year and last month it conveyed to the south Korean puppet forces its action program, by which it ordered the puppet navy to take charge of the open sea in the East and South Seas of Korea, the Japan Maritime "Self-defense Force" to look after the distant waters in the East Sea and the U.S. navy to take care of the waters south of Jeju Island.
  Such actions would be a very grave and heinous violation of the independence and sovereignty of the DPRK and even its right to existence. Such schemes of the US have nothing to do with " non-proliferation  " and suchlike but everything to do with 'regime change' .It is basically an attempt to strangel the socialist system of People's Korea.
  Under various international laws and treaties such as the London treaty a blockade in peace time is illegal and is regarded as an act of invasion .
  Basically a naval blockade of People's Korea by the US would be a completely insane and dangerous action which can only precipate war  . As the KCNA writer Jong Hyon states "The moves for blockading the DPRK from the sea are tantamount to war acts."
The US would pay a very high price indeed if it tries to go ahead with the naval blockade .
  Our organisations will campaign very strongly against the US if they go ahead with a naval blockade of the DPRK !
