The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK(ASSPUK),the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE), , the UK Korean Friendship Association(UK KFA) and the British Solidarity Committee for Peace and Reunification of Korea (BSCPRKP)issued a statement in support of the statement of the Foreign Ministry of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea issued on Monday 18th of September concerning UNSC sanctions resolution 2375:
Recently the reactionary Yankee imperialists cooked up the UNSC resolution no 2375 against People's Korea. These sanctions are the most extreme and draconian which virtually block all trade
and economic exchange with the DPRK . UNSC 2375 is rightly described by the DPRK Foreign Ministry as " This is the most vicious, unethical and inhumane act of hostility to physically exterminate the people of the DPRK, let alone its system and government."
The US is lying when it says that it wants a diplomatic solution to the nuclear issue in Korea . If this was true , why is it is the US trying to suffocate the DPRK with extreme sanctions ? The US has also
instigated other countries to break or downgrade diplomatic relations with the DPRK making a diplomatic solution impossible,.
The US have intimidated other countries into voting for sanctions against the DPRK by saying that the alternative to the sanctions is war . However at the same time the US is making preparations for a
war against People's Korea.
The sanctions against People's Korea will fail completely as the DPRK will smash them with
self-reliance and self-development under the banner of the great Juche idea . Moreover the more the US imposes sanctions on the DPRK , the more the DPRK will increase and speed up its nuclear programme,
We support the just stand of the DPRK !
NO TO SANCTIONS,NO TO WAR !
