The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK(ASSPUK), the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE) , the UK Korean Friendship Association(UK KFA) and UK Preparatory Committee For the 2017 Gathering to Praise the Great Persons Born of Mt Paektu today issued the following joint statement in  support of the statement of the Foreign Ministry of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea 'DPRK Will Bolster Nuclear Deterrence at Maximum Speed'
 The US imperialists have brought the Korean peninsula to the point of war . The possiblity of the outbreak of actual war is higher than it has been for decades. Given this fact the DPRK Foreign Ministry stated  "The situation on the Korean peninsula proves once again that the U.S. is the chieftain of aggression and war, and harasser of peace who is escalating tension and that the DPRK was just and far-sighted when it opted for bolstering its powerful nuclear deterrence for self-defence under the uplifted banner of the simultaneous development of the two fronts." . It is the constant nuclear threat of the US that compelled the DPRK to take the path of developing the nuclear deterrent.
  The US is the chietain of world imperialism and the most aggressive country in the world that has invaded countless countries and has carried out regime change operations and coups in so many countries. Only recently it lauched an unprovoked and gratitutous attack on Syria. If the DPRK had not developed the nuclear deterrent it would have become the victim of US aggression.
  If the US does not want to see the further development of the  DPRK's nuclear deterrent than the answer is simple , they must ended their anti-DPRK hostile policy 
  The DPRK Foreign Ministry has declared that "The DPRK's measures for bolstering the nuclear force to the maximum will be taken in a consecutive and successive way at any moment and any place decided by its supreme leadership"
This is a most just and correct stance of the DPRK to defend its sovereignty and independence  The DPRK is not intimidated by the diktat , bullying and threat of US imperialism not anyone else. We support this strongly independent stance of  the DPRK which is a miltiant anti-imperialist power of Juche !
