Songun Policy" An extraordinary Policy on Earth

It is my great pleasure to have an opportunity to speak in such a great program taking place in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

First of all I would like to extend my warm and hearty congratulation, the best wishes to His Excellency comrade Marshal Kim Jong Un, Chairman of the Workers’ Party of Korea, Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and Supreme Commander of the Korean People’s Army on this auspicious occasion.  

The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea is running fast with a great development, progress and prosperity on earth. It has done unbelievable development in each and every field of the country, In front of the world. This type of drastic development, progress and prosperity in a short period is possible only because of the Juche Idea and Songun policy, so Songun Policy and Juche Idea cannot be separated with each other for the development of the country.

The Songun politics is a great style of politics created by Great Leader    Kim Jong Il in order to defend the socialism and people's rights in the current situation of the world, a situation in which the imperialists and reactionaries are trying to stifle the DPRK and revolutionary states in the world.

In such a situation, Songun Politics contributes to the independence struggle of the world peoples.

Songun Politics gives importance to the military affairs and first priority to the army.

The party and state of the DPRK defend the gains of revolution and happiness of the peoples and carry forward the socialist construction relying on the army under Songun politics.

The DPRK people regard the army as their reliable companion and defender in the struggle against the aggression of the imperialists and moves of the reactionaries in and out.

The reactionary ruling class uses the army as a means to defend their own interest and to trample upon the people's rights whereas in the DPRK, the army serves as a powerful weapon of the class to safeguard the rights and interest of the people and to defend the country.

The Great Leader Comrade Kim Jong Il created  Songun politics to advance steadily towards socialism.

Songun politics is based on the ideology of the President Kim Il Sung, the ideology which gives importance to military affairs. Leader Kim Jong Il developed his ideology into Songun politics in accordance with the requirements of the developing situation.

It is very clear for us that the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, in its name and its policy is truly the state for people.

Today, under the wise leadership of the Great Leaders of the DPRK, the Korean People's Army is fully prepared politically, ideologically and military technologically. It has become a powerful army which has not only offensive and defensive means but also a mighty war deterrent.

We cannot think of all these results apart from the Juche idea and military first ideology of the President Kim II Sung, Songum politics of the Leader    Kim Jong II, and tireless efforts of the Respected Marshal Kim Jong Un who is succeeding and developing all these cause.

The DPRK adhered to its line of independence in politics, self-reliance in economy and self defense in national defense ensuring a material guarantee for the progress and prosperity of the nation.

The reliable political, military and economic foundation ensured by this policy serve as the fundamental guarantee which enables the DPRK to make steady dynamic advance along the ever victorious road not only today but in the future also.

I would like to express my deep thanks from the bottom of my heart to the President Kim Il Sung and the respected Leader Kim Jong Il who created the military first ideology and Songun politics and applied them into practices.

Because the military first ideology and Songun politics is the great ideology and style of politics for the world progressive people and states to be guided by and to learn after, in the fight against the pressure and arbitrary actions of the US imperialist and  its allied forces.

I feel very much proud that the DPRK is the only country without jobless people and that its people enjoy free education and free medical care without any worries of house to live, food to eat and clothes to wear. I am very pleased as if I am the one who gets the benefits.

There is no pollution, tax as well as no gaps between rich and poor in the DPRK.

I was deeply impressed by the benefits and happiness enjoyed by the Korean people and the Songun politics which firmly safeguards them. 

I was fascinated by the vitality of Songun politics which stimulates such great developments.

That's why few years ago I decided to organize a Forum of Literates for Songun Politics Study in Nepal.

There were many difficulties and obstacles in operating and managing the Forum, but as a follower of this great ideology, I overcame all these difficulties and obstacles and tried to explain and propagate the Juche Idea and style of Sogun Politics to the progressive people and literates of Nepal.

The main principle and activity of Nepal Literary Forum for Songun Policy Study are to teach and give correct understanding of the great vitality and justness of Songun Politics to the progressive people and literates of Nepal and to actively disseminate about the amazing change in the DPRK achieved under the Songun Politics.

Thus, it can expose the deceptive nature of the propaganda of the United States and western world which are trying to slander the one and only socialist state where its people are its masters and give correct understanding of the DPRK to Nepali people.

During my stay in the DPRK, I will observe the reality of the DPRK and learn more about the justness and vitality of the great Juche Idea, military first ideology and Songun Politics. By doing so, I will abandon the previous old style of my work in the Forum and try my best to expand and develop the forum as the one which includes all progressive literates.

I sincerely hope that there will be deep understanding between the people of two countries and expansion of fresh relations of friendship and cooperation through our forum.
