The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK(ASSPUK),the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE),the UK Korean Friendship Association(UK KFA) and the UK Preparatory Committee For the 2017 Gathering to Praise the Great Persons Born of Mt Paektu issued the following joint statement in support of the statement of the Foreign Ministry of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea of the 28th of August rejecting the UNSC "press statement:
   The US imperialists instigated their lackeys and followers on the UN Security Council to adopt a so-called" press statement "condemning the DPRK's recent successful launch of a submarine launched ballistic missile.Yet the UNSC has disregarded requests from the DPRK itself to discuss the provocative Ulji Freedom Guardian exercises.Why does the UNSC consider that it somehow just for the US and south Korea to conduct military exercises threatening the DPRK but it is wrong for the DPRK to merely launch one missile?This is proof that the UNSC lacks any kind of impartiality and is merely a marionette of US imperialism .
   We support and applaud the DPRK's rejection of the UNSC press statement .The DPRK has never accepted any of the UNSC resolutions on its nuclear and missile tests so therefore is not bound by them.Such resolutions are a gross violation of the DPRK's sovereignty and an attempt to stifle the socialist system.
As we have said many times it is the inviolable independent and sovereign right of the DPRK to test missiles.The DPRK is not a colony,it does not need the  permission of the UN or the US or other countries to test missiles !
  The UNSC must stop interfering in the internal affairs of the DPRK !
