The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK(ASSPUK),the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE),the UK Korean Friendship Association(UK KFA) and the UK Preparatory Committee For the 2017 Gathering to Praise the Great Persons Born of Mt Paektu issued the following joint statement in support of the statement of the Foreign Ministry of the Democratic
People's Republic of Korea in respect to the recent SLBM test of the DPRK:
    The successful test of the SLBM is another victory of Juche Korea .It demonstrates the growing
nucleaer capablities of  Juche Korea.
   The test-fire of the SLBM is the inviolable independent and sovereign right of the DPRK which
no one should attempt to interefere in . Moreover the SLBM test is a just self-defensive measure
of the DPRK against US imperialist bullying and diktat as well as the constant nuclear threat that
US imperialism poses to People's Korea.
              It is the US that is occupying south Korea and continually staging exercises aimed at invading the DPRK and carrying out regime change scenarios so as to topple the socialist system in the DPRK . It is the US that threatens the DPRK with nukes and deploy nuclear submarines, stealth bombers and aircraft carriers
   Rather rashly at the end of July and the beginning of August the US brought into the region of the Korean peninsula more means for carrying out pre-emptive nuclear attacks on the DPRK  such
nuclear bombers. This was a clumsy attempt at intimidating the DPRK .However they failed because
guided by Juche the DPRK is the fortress of independence , a state that says what it means and means what it says, responded to US pressure and bullying by carrying out the SLBM test .
 Now the US imperialists and those countries subservient to them have raised a hue and cry and have run to the UN Security Council bleating about the "violation of resolutions ". The DPRK does not need the permission of the UN Security Council to test missiles.
  All US attempts to bully and browbeat the DPRK will fail.The DPRK will continue to bolster its
self-defensive nuclear capablities. The US needs to learn that the best way to promote security,stablity and peace is to stop trying to dictate to the DPRK and act with prudence and self-control.
  We support the just warning of the DPRK Foreign Ministry.
