ASSPUK,JISGE and UK KFA condemn illegal detention of DPRK fisherpeople by south Korea

          The Association for the Study of Songun Politics UK(ASSPUK) and the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE) and UK Korean Friendship Association (UK KFA) issued the following joint statement condemning the illegal detention by south Korea of DPRK fisherpeople;


We totally condemn the south Korean fascist puppets inhumane act of kidnapping and detaining fisherpeople from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea . As the DPRK Red Cross points out it is is crime against humanity.

                   Recently  a DPRK fishing vessel  went adrift on the East Sea of Korea and ended up on the south Korean side of the demarcation line. Normally it would be a simple matter of repatriating the fisherpeople to the DPRK . In the past the DPRK has always returned to south Korea crews of fishing vessels who ended up on the DPRK side . However south Korea did not do this but just returned 2 of the 5 fisherpeople making the spurious claim that they had defected but refused to allow them to meet and talk with their relatives at Panmunjom . This fact speaks volumes  as it clearly shows that the south Korean puppets are hiding something and that their actions are underhand . Moreover it is a vile act to deny the relatives of the DPRK fisherpeople the opportunity to meet them and talk with them. What south Korea has done is to kidnap DPRK  fisherpeople and illegally detain them.
It is indeed , as stated by the DPRK Red Cross, "unpardonable grave encroachment on the sovereignty of the DPRK and the rights of its citizens and another hideous provocation". The action is part of an ongoing anti-DPRK smear campaign to create a false image of the DPRK before the world. It is also hypocritical for the south Korean puppets and their US imperialist masters to talk about human rights when they have committed such an unethical act of kidnapping .

We demand the DPRK fisherpeople are returned to the DPRK to be with their kith and kin  !
