So-called Free Health Care in Britain v Advanced socialist public health system in DPRK

Went to get my prescriptions today at the chemists and was charged £16.10 for 2 small medicines ! . "Free at the point of need " , no more like a rip off ! Contrast this to the socialist public health system in the DPRK where everything is free of charge and they even pay your fares to the sanatorium or hospital !.
