Rodong Sinmun Ridicules U.S. Talk about "Human Rights"

 Pyongyang, December 11 (KCNA) -- Unabated human rights abuses in the U.S. are a vivid manifestation of racism deeply rooted in its society.
    Rodong Sinmun Thursday says this in a commentary.
    America was built on the heap of the remains of Indians and grew rich with the sweat and blood of African black people, the commentary notes, and goes on:
    Since the emergence of the state, racial discrimination has been an abscess of the U.S. society.
    Racist laws in force in the U.S. at present whip up extreme social atmosphere of discriminating against the colored races.
    Deplorable is the fact that policemen of the country top the list of all human rights abuses and racial discrimination though they are obliged to protect the rights of the residents and put its society in good order.
    It is stark reality of the U.S. that even soldiers are involved in suppressing the people who turned out in demonstration against racism.
    The great irony is that the U.S., worst human rights abuser, is trumpeting about "human rights protection" and "improved human rights."
    The world public advises the U.S. to mind its own business, aware of its awkward position.
    It had better get more serious about its reactionary, unpopular and corrupt social system than taking "pain" to settle the "human rights issue" of someone. -0-
